My money is on Rick Rude, he always had low body fat and high muscularity, without looking completely like a jacked up bodybuilder type.

Luger or Masters.
He wasn't called the Masterpiece for nothing.
I'm going by most impressive physique....best would need to have some things clarified.

I didn't want to go with "most impressive" because then you get into guys like Steiner, Mason Ryan or Warlord or whoever that are massive but are so big that they've lost something athletically. So by best, I mean overall appearance, while remaining within the realms of possiblity and still appearing athletic. I probably didn't explain that very well though. Luger and Masters are good choices actually.

Rude had a great upper body but his legs were skinny. I'm gonna go with Kevin Von Erich. Tall, athletic build, not overly muscular.

I agree that Rude is maybe the best. At the moment, Dolph Ziggler looks really good. As far as OTT physiques go, Tony Atlas can't be beaten IMO.

I'll also add Scott Hall in his WWF/WCW days. Tall, proportional and not too muscular.

I was thinking Lex Luger. Now Ric Rude did have a great body, but I am a little biased toward Luger since I was more of an NWA/WCW fan.

My first thought when I saw the thread title was Rude, so he gets my vote.

I'm gonna go in the other direction and say Low Ki. Built for speed, built for striking, just an amazing build for a light heavyweight.
