Devon just announced on his Twitter that he is no longer with TNA. Obviously we know about his contract expiring and apparently no new deal was reached. Oh yeah......he's still their TV Champion. Don't know what the deal is with Bully Ray yet. twitter.com/TestifyDevon

Frankly? Good. When was the last time he defended that belt, anyways? Have an 8 man tourney to crown a new champ and have done with it.

He's taking the TNA TV/Global/Legends/Brass Knuckles Title to WWE and dumping it in the trash! losing it to Hornswoggle!

My first thought when I read the thread title was "Shit. I hope this doesn't mean the end of Bully Ray". No offence intended to Devon but I just don't really care about him. I hope Ray stays though, he's doing the best work of his career and I'd really miss him if he was gone.

But now we'll never know the heights that could've been reached by the Devon/Garrett Bischoff tag team.

Eh Devon's decent, but unlike Bully he hasn't really done much to really step up his game in years.
Plus, hell they haven't really done anything with the tv title in any significant way in forever, so no real loss on that front.

So Garett randomly shows up with the TV title on OFN or does Devon drop it to him? Anyway, I can see WWE bringing him in to help train and maybe be an agent.

Well, I'd be lying if I said I'd miss him or the TV title. He was an okay wrestler who tried hard whenever he was out there, unlike some veterans TNA have signed over the years, but even then he was really nothing special. He was over, sure, but that's down to longevity more than anything, the same reason Chavo and Hardcore Holly were always over in the WWE toward the end.
As for the TV title, eh. This isn't like Jeff Jarrett having the IC belt when his contract ran out, or even Meng with the WCW hardcore title. it's a belt with three names and zero prestige.

Well, yeah, umm, ok.
The biggest problem, on top of him being TV Champion, is he's actually pretty over. Like, he's really over. On top of really getting into decent shape, this seems like a dumb idea on TNA's part.

Yes, it was silly of them not to get him to drop the title on his way out(which, for all we know, might still happen), but at the end of the day, Devon leaving is just them cutting dead weight. Devon doesn't do anything better than anybody else on the roster other than be Bubba Ray's tag team partner, and that team is long since stale.

The return of Reverned Dvon is upon us. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yx8fM-KkNtoI guess that either means Triple H will get revenge for losing to him, or he will be Lesnar's next opponent, since he did beat Triple H once, and the story would go like this: Triple H is in despair from his loss, he goes to a chapel and talks to someone for guidance, and that person is....Reverend D-Von! He tells Triple H "Oh testify!" He then calls out Lesnar and says he is guilty of the sin of stealing! Stealing Triple H's dignity and integrity, stealing opportunities from young WWE stars, stealing money from the company and he will make him pay. And for some reason neither Heyman nor D-Von bring up their history or ECW.
