Ok this latest update broke one of the timers...
I keep getting the "Simpson's haven't seen you in a while" message... like 10 minutes after I stopped playing. The worst part is they add one of the most obnoxious alert noises I've ever heard.

It's because every update gives out one thing that costs money and everything else that requires doughnuts, and people REALLY want Frank Grimes...

I am so burned out with these f***ing events ... I will still log in to play once a day. I don't give a shit anymore. I don't need everything.

The worst part is they add one of the most obnoxious alert noises I've ever heard. When they did that police update a while back, the first alert scared the ever loving shit out of me. I was driving home from work, alone on a empty road, all of a sudden I hear this f***ing loud ass siren and look all over....it was the damn game. I guess I should try and get back into this, but it became too much, I will try to try.

I am probably the biggest Simpsons fan here and I will probably never play this.
And I actually like the wrestling game.

Stop doing other things and play with me!" and when I wrote that it would trigger CONSTANTLY... even if I just stopped using it like 2 minutes earlier. The monorail update didn't download automatically for some reason so I am doing that now.

It's weird they'd do that real estate update with the new land area then immediately do the monorail stuff

It's weird they'd do that real estate update with the new land area then immediately do the monorail stuff Sadly that seems to be the new way of doing things. Get an update/new level followed closely by an event or an event that they drop an update in the middle of. They at least make so it is not impossible to get stuff done though, gave up on the Family Guy game thanks to that. Plus Springfield Heights is meant to keep people playing for months and not just a few check ins.

Finally came back to this. Gave up after the second week of the Monorail update. Still need to complete the Mr. Burns giant money pile.

my biggest problem with the Monorail event was there wasn't any way to make a ton of money like they usually do so I still have like nothing
