It looks more like the base for an eventual full sleeve tattoo than anything else.

Tattoo's are so idiotic. Why would anyone tattoo their body? Put make up on? Why do humans try to be more than they are. As astounding as this may seem, The world does not operate on your feelings about tattoos. Speaking for myself, My tattoo of a rose in memory of my dad was a great help and still is in helping me cope with it.

Like Rocks for example. Or Peter Maivia.

I think it looks pretty good. I like the blues in it. Looks very metal....this coming from someone with a gene Simmons tat.

He was always such a tattoo cleanskin, so it's such a culture shock to see him really get into it all now.

I liked it. great work. a little cliche? sure, but who cares? His body. He also isn't concerned with his wrestling image anymore. He's probably wanted these for years but couldn't cause of WWE. I'm glad. As someone who is heavily tatted with "questionable" work I support it.

I'd say it's an awful tattoo but I'd be repeating myself in that case.

It's going to look weird on Jericho, but whatever. I've seen worse, Hogan.

I'm glad. As someone who is heavily tatted with "questionable" work I support it. As much as I enjoy looking at tattoos (don't have any myself), this is more than "a little cliche." This is ultra-cliche, as in trying to be metal hard it hurts. There's something to be said for a bit of subtlety or originality, even if it comes from his album cover. Also, the argument "sure, but who cares? His body." is such a cop-out because it renders any discussion of tattoos or any body mods pointless.

At least he's getting his tats now in life where he can afford to get them done well, vs having varying quality tats from getting them younger (see Edge's Street Sharks tattoo, a lot of Punk's, a lot of FCW's in general...) He's gonna have to grow his hair back to make this work. I always liked Punk's tattoos for that, because they basically tell his life story on his skin, something body art should WAIT A SECOND EDGE HAS A STREET SHARKS TATTOO??? WHAT???

He had a Street Sharks tattoo. Got it covered up with that big sun one in 2004.
