Has anyone else noticed recently how bad some of the wrestling sites have been lately accuracy-wise, even by the low standards that have been set?
As recently as a few days ago, they were reporting a time (the November European tour) for Kelly Kelly's full-time return. After her release on Friday? "Kelly had been cold on the idea of returning for some time now."
They reported a little over a week ago that WWE and All Japan would be working together (AJPW as a developmental territory, talent exchanges). This past week? Nope, wrong, they're not going to work together at all. And the deal didn't fall though, either; there never was one.
Shaul Guerrero was released......Shaul Guerrero is still under contract......Shaul ASKED for her release but hasn't been granted it. (That would be odd; bigger names then her have asked for a release and got it.) "Most people within WWE expect Shaul back in action but that's not confirmed. It's believed she is taking time away to rest up and possibly go back to school." (This confusing piece of writing is a direct quote from a newz site.)

I liked it when it was reported that "WWE isn't sure what to do with Antonio Cesaro, and have not been high on his work." and then a week later he wins the US championship.

Wait, there's no deal with All Japan? Apparently not. A few days ago, news sites did a complete 180. Now, there is no deal with AJPW, and Johnny Ace doesn't have the power to make such a deal, even though last week they said it was him that put it together.

Disappointing, and I'm not even really an AJPW fan. I like what I've seen, but can't say I've really gone out of my way to see it

Yeah, I thought Ace was there just to visit his old stomping grounds, cause he was a big star in All Japan throughout the 90s and early 2000s. It helps to know that John's no longer involved with talent relations.

I think their accuracy rates are about on par with what they've always been.
My favorite ones are the "This is the plan for what's going to happen, but be warned that they may change it now that we've reportd on it."
In other words, if it happens we were right on the money. And if it doesn't, well it's only because we were right on the money. Mostly, they try to find ways to not be wrong even when they're wrong.

It's like...f*** dude, you were wrong. Just admit it. It's not like you have some super stellar reputation to uphold.

After the Roddy Piper, Kaitlyn incident. I still don't understand how people still listen to Ryan Clark and his network of dirtsheets across the internet.

After the Roddy Piper, Kaitlyn incident. I still don't understand how people still listen to Ryan Clark and his network of dirtsheets across the internet. And that is the problem. People go to those sites and listen to them, painting everything as bad when they aren't. Everytime something outrageous is "reported" 9/10 it comes from a Ryan Clark/Rajah site but are credited to a reputable site and people start talking about how the reputable site is always wrong and bitch about it until someone that actually goes to the reputable sites pops in and explains what the actual story is or completely discredits the Clark site. Rinse and repeat twice a week. People go to the Clark sites, get completely made up stuff and then get pissed off when it's revealed that site completely made up the story but keep going back to them instead of using common sense and going elsewhere or doing the smart thing and going to the actual source sites. People would rather bitch about getting made up stories from Clark sites and continue to keep them in business, giving them hits than change their habits and learn.

That's why I usually use this place for my news. Sure it takes a little longer, but give it time and you guys filter out the B.S.
