Oh f*** this...Sheamus was definitely not the most entertaining champion, but I absolutely hate Show and seeing him as World champion in 2012? No. Wait a second...I'm just realising it. Sheamus' reign is over. I do hate Big Show, but Sheamus' reign is over! I gotta admit,I was pretty pissed when it happened but I'm still drunk so thinking about it...this is not a bad decision at all. I hope Ziggler's cash in doesn't come too late, though.

It's a hard pick between Show and Sheamus. Show's pretty much playing the same character he's played so many times before. Sheamus run has been really rough.
I tend to side with Show simply because now that he's got the belt it's only a matter of time before he loses it again. Plus I can't see ADR going for the belt unless they turn ADR face. Now they can re-tool Sheamus character from being a complete dick.

Like Henry last year, I think Show is actually doing some of the best work of his career since his return last month.

you know, unless a wrestler is retired(or as close as a wrestler gets to retired) or injured in someway, I don't think the year he wins the title, or even how long he's been wrestling means anything

Ziggler should have ran out and pinned Sheamus post match. Just for the hell of it

Unacceptable. Big Show is unallowed to win any World Title unless the MitB winner is nearby.

Wow was this ever unnecessary. Sheamus' reign was boring, yes, but giving the title to the stalest guy on Smackdown? No.

Assuming Big Show isn't going to retire for at least another year or two, he needed this win more than Sheamus. They're trying to do with him what they did with Mark Henry last year, reinvent him from a fat loser back into a scary monster.

I'm going to stand strong in my belief that he's transitioning it to Ryback.

I kinda like Show and I'd take anyone over Sheamus (I like the guy but his reign was terrible) so yay Big Show!

Show's a guy that's way better as a champ than a contender. I'm excited for his reign, I think he's going to surprise a lot of people.

I've been a Show fan since his run as ECW champ (one of my favorite title runs of the past few years) so I don't mind this. If his promo after his match tonight is anything to go by, I think this might be a good reign.

I'd like to see Show now join forces with Heyman/Punk.

Sheamus is the most boring guy on the roster. I'm glad he's not champion anymore. Not too much of a Big Show fan, but he's better than boring-assed Sheamus.

Anyone else kind of half the feeling he's being cashed in on come Tuesday?

Anyone else kind of half the feeling he's being cashed in on come Tuesday? I feel Smackdown is so inconsequential that I can't imagine a world title changing hands on the show anymore, despite it happening a year and a half ago.
