I've got a feeling we'll see Marvel's Captain Marvel on the big screen sooner rather than later Which one? Carol Danvers or Mar-Vell? (Though there's a chance we see both if they commit to the origins.)

Several people have mentioned Booster Gold, which I think is a great suggestion. The Booster Gold/Blue Beetle cartoon idea is interesting as well.
I'm pleased to see I'm not the only one who thinks Moon Knight would be a good choice. I read in one of the Essential Moon Knight books that there was a TV series in Japan, but I haven't been able to find any clips from it or anything.

I had been seeing rumors on here about a big screen version of Carol Danvers, so to study up on the character I decided to read Essential Ms. Marvel, which I got done reading a couple weeks ago. It was pretty good, but the Dazzler and Spider-woman books were better. If we get a solo feature film starring a classic female Marvel character I'd rather it was one of those two based on what I've read. The most interesting part of the Ms. Marvel book is probably at the end when (SPOILER) Rogue steals her powers, which answered my long standing question of how Rogue was able to fly and have super strength, etc. but if you're a Rogue fan, there was a lot more of her in volume 2 of Essential Dazzler than in the Ms. Marvel book.

I like how she's overcome the stigma of being not only the most noteworthy victim of Rogue's power-leeching abilities, but also "the girl who got sexually harassed by a future baddie", to become one of the more prominent female heroines in the Marvel Universe.

I may want to do some further reading into her adventures for that reason, but I don't know if that would come across in a movie.

MISTER MIRACLE. More of a story about him (The Pact, a movie of his own adventures vs. Granny and others), possibly leading to a larger NEW GODS movie afterwards. I think a Tales From the Crypt type program with the Phantom Stranger in the Cryptkeeper role would be amazing. The Spectre would also work for that. Or, different episodes could feature different mystical DC characters and include Dr. Fate, Zatanna, Deadman, John Constantine and maybe even Swamp Thing. My favorite DC occult character is the Phantom Stranger though, and would be my top choice. I even dressed as the Stranger for Halloween this year. Well, there is possibly a JUSTICE LEAGUE DARK movie being bandied about Hollywood - HEAVEN'S EDGE or something? - and legit news of how Guillermo del Toro, when discovering his name was magically attached to it), geeked out and said in interviews he'd LOVE to make that movie....

I meant that the whole story of her coming into her own wouldn't be as powerful in a film since in the comics it's something that built up gradually over many years. The span of time is part of what makes it meaningful.

Only odd because they're not really that popular...
The Blackhawks.
Also The Creeper needs his own movie.

Add me to the Booster Gold camp. The movie practically writes itself. Hell, if we need to we can just repurpose some Green Lantern footage. Reynolds' jerkass Hal Jordan persona is pretty much how I envision Booster acting for the majority of the film.

The original Cat-Man along with his sidekick Kitten fighting against Dr. Macabre. I don't think they're owned by DC or Marvel anymore, but by AC Comics.

I guess we could expand the format if you guys want. How about we just make it, any suggestions other than obvious ones like another Batman movie?
