I think I'm missing something, I don't remember a character named Crystal on the show.

Three done - {Spoiler}Derpy: Shao Kahn's forces overwhelmed those of Equestria with ease. With many ponies lost and one battle after another only ending in defeat, Princess Celestia found herself in turmoil. Soon, she ordered all able-bodied ponies to report for one last-ditch attempt to take victory. If the seemingly invincible emperor himself were killed, it was decided, then there may have been enough of a blow to his troops' morale as to force them to turn back. This was compounded by rumors of a deal all of Kahn's enforcers had made, that upon the end of his life they would themselves drop dead.
The attack upon Kahn's fortress was disastrous. Even with the bulk of his army in Equestria and unable to intervene, Shao Kahn and what forces he did have on hand served to easily turn back most of the pony assault, which was harmed further by there being a shortage of weapons to hand out. Just as things looked their most bleak, with Celestia herself at the emperor's mercy, he was caught offguard; a falling segment of his roof fell upon and crushed Shao Kahn, killing him. Atop the wreckage sat several crates full of potential weapons, and then down flew a pegasus who apologized for her tardiness and found herself quite confused to be hailed as a hero.
Across Equestria, as Kahn's generals one by one mysteriously fell over dead, his soldiers just did not know what had gone wrong.
Big Macintosh: For a stallion who had spent most of his life only traveling between a small town and the farm lands he had been raised on, the twisted amalgamation of many realms and worlds that composed Outworld made it an easy place to lose his bearings. Big Macintosh stumbled off course when traveling with his family through the Living Forest in search of refuge, and ultimately found himself before Motaro and the centaurs. Big Macintosh's execution was ordered at once, but Motaro himself decided he wished to test his fellow equine's strength first.
Shortly thereafter, the Apple family was located by the centaurs and forcibly brought to their stronghold. It was there they found that Big Macintosh had earned the powerful race's respect, with his modest, simple nature and his raw power going to show them there were perhaps greater forces to follow than Shao Kahn. News of the emperor's death at the traitorous hands of Motaro arrived to the camp in short order, after which the centaurs assured the Apple family they would have their full protection until the war was entirely won. With the centaurs converted to Equestria's side in the conflict, this victory would not take long to come.
King Sombra: Shao Kahn had no trouble bringing Equestria to its knees, but he did not take immediate action in fusing the realm with his own; that would come, but before it would become part of Outworld, the emperor decided he wanted to explore some of the strange sorts of magic the world had to offer.
His search brought him to the Crystal Empire. Because of their unusual nature, Kahn spared the Crystal Ponies at first; while his men were ordered to keep them within the city and to execute any who fleed, Kahn made his way into the empire's palace. Princess Cadence and Shining Armor were easy enough to dispose of, and after their swift demise Shao Kahn came across a hidden room deep within the palace. Inside, he found the remaining fragments of King Sombra bound to the room - his rage over being defeated, his lust for vengeance upon those who had twice now defeated him, and most importantly, his great power. Kahn welcomed the remains of the king into his own body, laughing as he felt his already godly strength climb to truly unimaginable levels. None would be able to stop him now.
But the new Sombra Kahn's laughter was short-lived. The room had been put under a very specific, very powerful magical guard, that would never allow King Sombra to leave without both Cadence and Shining Armor there to allow it. Shao Kahn was now King Sombra, and both Cadence and Shining Armor were dead - no matter what he did, Shao Kahn could never escape. Yes, I pretty much based that last one off of 52. Sue me.

To be different, he gets the Crystal Pony that Twilight first talked to...in her full form.
