Damn near every outlet with a camera would film it. It's not a WWE thing, its a news thing.

I imagine at least some parts of it were filmed later as a dramatic reenactment. You're giving them too much credit.

It's a good thing they got the big HD cameras in the room that the EMT's are yelling, "IF YOU DON'T NEED TO BE HERE, GET OUT!"

Classless as they can f***ing be. f*** them. Agreed they didn't need to air the footage and dramatize it when it was a REAL THING that happened to a REAL PERSON not a CHARACTER.

I have no problem with them filming it. It's newsworthy. Now whether or not it's reputable to air it is another question, but the process of filming it is nothing wrong.

Only reason that would come to mind is if he did die, and there were lawsuits that the E didn't try to help? But I guess it serves as telling the fans we weren't making this up.

I honestly can't believe what we just saw. That's got to be one of the most disgusting things I've seen on any entertainment television programme, ever. I understand unavoidable live arena situations that are caught on camera, but to have a cameraman stand backstage and film their co-worker be giving emergency life care and then show it to us is just ridiculously f***ed up.

I can understand them filming it, but there was no reason to re-air it.

Of course they filmed it...just like they filmed Owen's fall. Something like that happens and you are a cameraman you are taught to keep rolling for the significance of the moment, not because of the nature of the moment.

Seriously, some Kevin Rudolph would have worked with that "jerry Lawler gets a heart attack" package.
