Everyone: I'm sure the King is okay with what is going on. It's not the end of the world. It's television. Yeah, but I think part of the question is even if King was okay with it why even joke around about something like that.

Who gives a s*** about heat? Some things are more important than a wrestler getting heat. When you take it that far, it ain't entertainment anymore. its wrestling heat matters, that was the best promo in months. it legitmently upset people, like heels should do. Upsetting people to the point of being so disgusted, they can't watch anymore? That is missing the mark. You know what else a heel can do to upset peope? Say everybody that died on 9/11 deserved it. Let's see how well that goes over.

Why not? it got punk great heat even with the internet marks Who gives a s*** about heat? Some things are more important than a wrestler getting heat. When you take it that far, it ain't entertainment anymore. I was entertained, a lot of people probably were. It's just part of the show and part of trying to continue the "Punk is a narcissistic heel" storyline

And the worst thing is, speaking as a CM Punk fan, it worked. Only, I don't want him to lose the title because I hate him and this segment was dreadful. I want him to lose the title because I can't stomach another two months of this, just waiting around for the Rock to dethrone him.

There's a very strong difference between garnering heat from the fans and using a situation that could've very well ended in the death of a performer for the sake of some storyline. Once you throw could've very well in there, it changes everything. Fact is, it didn't.

HE DIDNT ****ING DIE. if king was OK with the segment, which he was, he more then likely added ideas to it then there is no issue with me. its the perfect heat its the crowd wants to hurt you heat good old heat it's not the 70's or 80's anymore. And even if you want that heat, I've seen guys garner strong heat without resorting to things like that

The only thing "sad" about that segment was that it was the most captivating thing that's happened in forever, and it took using a real life near-tragedy and three guys who's age is close to 150 in with a current guy to get it there. That I can agree with. If the show has to rely on a man's actual heart attack to create memorable television then there is a definite problem with this company.

...Yeah seriously. The whole thing is utterly classless in a "I'm ashamed of watching a show with writers that do this" kind of way as opposed to "I want to see the villain get his ass kicked!"

Next week Punk comes out, and says he feels persecuted like those two kids in New Jersey who murdered that little girl. The week after, he's come out an mock cancer survivors. Hell, he should have went after the Veterans today, would've gotten mad heat.

If we all get together, we can get Mason Ryan on Team Foley!!! I still think he should have adopted THE PEOPLE'S CHOICE as a nickname and use that to turn into a delusional heel who thinks people love him even though everybody keeps trying to explain to him that it was a mistake. Agreed! who care's if WWE said that the polls messed up. F that, he is the People's Choice!

Since when were Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny Russian and Australian, respectively? Don't they hate bunnies in Australia?

Hell I could have handled the situation being referenced, but when you shove two solid minutes of a man I've watched and listened to for 10 years of my life, being pumped back to life, surrounded by medics in the most serious and vulnerable situation of his entire life, you're just being sick and you're crossing the line. I don't want to be shown that on any entertainment show I ever watch.

I'm sure a FAR GREATER majority of people are apt to turn off the show when it's boring as a jar of piss than being OMG HOW MEAN!!!! at a simple angle. Not even close.

There's a very strong difference between garnering heat from the fans and using a situation that could've very well ended in the death of a performer for the sake of some storyline. Character or not, it's a pretty good way for me to never want to cheer that person again because they aren't owed that appreciation. The same applies to Randy Orton after Eddie's death. I don't care if Lawler was okay with it or not, it's something you would not see in any other form of entertainment. It's not entertainment...in fact it's one of the reasons that a lot of people don't give professional wrestling any respect since there's no line they wouldn't cross as long as it gave them the desired response. It's pretty bottom of the f***ing barrel when you have to stoop THAT low. They didn't have to, but they did, all to get a guy booed? It's pathetic.
