The Boba one would be fun to keep an eye on. One writer wanting to kill the clone wars Boba and put someone else in the suit but Disney said no they not doing that it has to be clone era boba

Did they rule out animated movie releases? I'd love to see a feature-length about Ahsoka and Rex on the run immediately after Order 66, trying to escape Storm Troopers while piecing together what's going on. I mean, I know they'll probably address this eventually on "Rebels", but I think it has the potential for a theatrical release.

I hope Boba fett movie is set after Jedi and shows him escaping the Sarlacc.
As for the main story itself, I don't know.

It's always made me laugh how SW fans built this mythos around Boba Fett, after he was killed so comically.

I'm sure he must have been thrilled when Lucas decided to erase him from the movies. He's senstive and understanding ole' George. Just ask Marcia.

He is the person that voiced him in the theatrical release of Empire... not who voiced him originally. Don Francks is the one who voiced him in his first appearance.

I'm sure he must have been thrilled when Lucas decided to erase him from the movies. He's senstive and understanding ole' George. Just ask Marcia. To be fair, Wingreen was never credited and never received any residuals from the movie or character's success. His involvement was only revealed in 2000. Probably would've been nice to have gotten those things, but his retirement was ensured by his 110+ episodes of ALL IN THE FAMILY (he was the bartender) so I guess he was ok with it - and his autograph career too, I reckon. And didn't Marcia walk out on George after they'd started adopting their kids? Her part in that split was not kind. (And the long-standing belief that Lucas produced HOWARD THE DUCK almost solely to screw her out of SW money in the divorce is just hilarious regardless of the personal details...)

According to what I read, Marcia left because Lucas was focused on his companies and left no time for her, and was as communicative as a brick wall before that.

Such a shame Rebels still can't compare to Clone Wars. Lucas put a lot of money into the show something Disney won't do

There a rumor out there to expect a special edition. Disney learn real good from Lucas. they going to make sure you own 3-4 copies of the movie

The Special Edition will have all that stuff that the "George Lucas version of Episode VII" trailer had and more!
It will be punishment for his insolence in recent days.

The Force Awakens got beat by a local movie called Boonie Bears 3 in China today:
It's second Saturday was $8.5M, down 73% from last Saturday.
Total to date is currently around $90M. TFA is looking at about a $110-115M finish in China.
