I seem to remember a few tongue-in-cheek references to Kane and his former character, Isaac Yankem. They might have been WWE.com only references though.
Was Rikishi ever referred to as a former Headshrinker?

Was Rikishi ever referred to as a former Headshrinker? Imo, tongue in cheek references don't count. Those are just inside jokes that only smarks will get. It's not the same as saying something like, "Kane used to be Isaac Yankem", or "Dolph Ziggler found early success as a member of the Spirit Squad".

Was Rikishi ever referred to as a former Headshrinker? I'm not sure if he was totally... Headshrinker Fatu became "I turned my life around on the streets & make a difference" Fatu, and they acknowledged the character change. When He later came back as Rikishi, he was referred to as Rikishi Fatu, so the Fatu character wasn't completely denied existence, but I don't remember the announcers referencing his Headshrinker or Making a Difference days.
