Anything but Big Daddy V. That was disgusting. He should never wrestle without a shirt.

When BDV and Mark Henry teamed for a bit, with Striker, I was totally sold on a new Natural Disaster style team

I was always shocked that Vis managed to survive through jobberdom, horrible gimmicks like World's Largest love Machine' been stuck in lower card hell etc without getting future endeavoured, then, when he's recieving a pretty big push on ECW, got an awesome character and actually been booked well. He gets future endeavoured.

I can't believe that so many people liked big daddy v, I thought the general consensus was that he was very horrible and odd looking, which is what I think.

He was scary looking as BDV. I didn't think a human could look like that with no shirt on.
But it helped him as a damned effective as a big scary heel, and when he destroyed people it looked legit.
I prefer his look at Mabel in '99, before he became Viscera (and before that ridiculous shiny giant jacket). He was the hired gun to take out Mankind, IIRC, and when that failed (on the pre-show) then just walks into the Rumble match and tosses everyone until he's removed by the Ministry.

Big Daddy V was amazing. He carried that character so well. Plus that badass theme music and his tattoos. It was like the perfect wrestling monster characters.
I still don't understand why he was released after FINALLY catching fire. He took the ball and ran with it as far as they'd let him go. Dude was glorious.

While the Ministry Viscera look was cool, the fact that he jobbed left and right killed it. As Mabel and Love Machine Viscera he looked like a joke. As BDV he had the perfect intimidating monster look, but was actually booked like a monster too.

To be fair, he was incredibly agile for a guy his size and could put on a decent match. That said, his best look was when he was wearing a freaking shirt-he may have looked scary as hell as Big Daddy V, but those triple man boobs jiggling around all the time made it hard to watch his matches without yarking.

His best push was under Big Daddy V but his best look was Viscera.

And not for nothing, but I still think actually the best scenario back when he was introduced as Big Daddy V actually would have been for WWE to release him and the introduce Lashley in his place: it would have delayed Lashley's debut by a few months, giving him just a little more time to get experienced in the ring, and he would have debuted with Stryker as his manager, saving him from those momentum killing promo's with his high-pitched voice. And he would have had a good introductory feud with Boogeyman. Then he would have teamed with Mark Henry like Big Daddy V did, giving him another way to get known to the audience, and a more experienced superstar to learn from, as we as a possible tag-title reign to help establish him more. Might have been preferable to the ultra-rushed push he got.

I'd sooner watch BDV, man boobs and all, than see an ancient-looking Ric Flair bleed out like a stuck pig for the millionth time.

Actually, the general consensus on this board since his debut is that Big Daddy V is awesome. I know because when I was just lurking here and saw the "HOW AWESOME IS BIG DADDY V" threads in June 2007, which told me this was my kind of party so I joined.

I remember reading that there were concerns about his health that he had to get taken care of. I think both sides agreed to part ways while he got that sorted out because nobody was sure about his wrestling future at the time. I haven't heard much about if his health concerns have been addressed or not.

Big Daddy V. Great theme, looked like a monster, booked like one too. Loved his debut.

BDV easily. Only time I cared about him. Awesome look, awesome matches. He made WWE and ECW worth watching; and I double the comment on the tag team with Mark Henry. ND2.0 could've been there...
I still miss him. :/
