Nope.
Don't need him back in the WWE going through the motions, having the same match, and doing that damn stop so the crowd can applaud spot. And then he'll get mad when he has to lose to someone like Cody, because he's a rock star.

One surprise match would be fine, but nothing more.

As long as he doesn't phone it in, I'm fine with him coming back.

If his work in TNA is anything to go by, absolutely not. He just gives off this really full-of-himself "I'm better than this shit" vibe lately, and it shows in his completely apathetic ring work.

On a related note, has there ever been an update on his wife? I know she was battling cancer a few years back. Seeing him with her at ONS 2006 is one of my favorite wrestler-with-significant-other-celebrating moments.

I like RVD and all, but I don't really see a place for him any more.

God no. He stopped caring about wrestling a decade ago and it's only gotten worse in TNA. This. And look, I gotta be honest. I always found him overrated

I seriously never want to see him in a wrestling ring ever again.

If he can get off dope then I would say he might be a good signing. But since he thinks it's so good for him, no.

RVD has been phoning it in since 2004 at best.
He is a spot machine, in every since of the word. Never cared for the guy

Always liked the guy, so in a part-time capacity I'd like to see him back yeah.
Saying that, I haven't seen much of his TNA stuff. Apart from his debut there and that time Sting beat his sweaty ass with the baseball bat for about an hour and a half.

Absolutely not, he's one of my least favorite wrestlers in TNA right now... he could be good if he reinvented his style and gave a shit, but he's just so unmotivated and slow.

He’s still got name value and would instantly be more over than 98% of the current roster. Put him in the Smackdown upper-midcard to feud with guys like Cody and Bryan. With the relaxed brand split I’d also like to see him wrestle guys like Ziggler and Punk.
When I read the SD spoilers each week and see the show filled with names like Jinder Mahal, Heath Slater, Hornswoggle, Tamina and Ezekiel Jackson, then yes, I would absolutely take RVD back, particularly on that show. A 40 year old RVD phoning in his matches would honestly entertain me more than any of those people.

RVD is a guy who I really enjoyed the first time I saw him, but the novelty couldn't have worn off quicker. And it's ALL he has to offer. There perhaps isn't a bigger one trick pony in wrestling.
There is nothing he can offer anymore.

His lack of caring in TNA, made me despise him. He tried in a few matches against AJ, and ONE match against Lynn, other than that it has just been awful. Pretty much this. I'd be happy to have him of my TV altogether for a while.
