Ziggler walks in as the WWE champ.
Think about it. Zig beats Punk with possible interference from either Ace or Y2J. Punk goes on to face Ace at Elimination Chamber (maybe) and Y2J at WM.
Truth vs Miz
Who dosen't see this one coming. Somehow they eliminate each other at the rumble and then screw each other over at EC.
I await your scoffs at my predictions.

No scoff from me. I can see it. But, against who is the question.

I think (hope) somehow, some way, it will be Bryan vs Punk in a title unification match.
They have Rock/Cena as the "mainstream" main event, and coul have Punk/Bryan as the "hardcore fan" main event.

For Daniel I see a triple threat match with MH and Show. I think they'll try to bring that to a finish.

I just couldn't imagine them giving Punk/Bryan enough time. I'm almost positive they're gonna give Cena/Rock an hour at least (with intros and so on). It would probably end up as long as Edge/Del Rio, which would piss off so many "hardcore fans", even if it was a great match.
As for Ziggler coming in with the belt, it wouldn't stun me but I'm not quite sure. I am almost completely convinced with two face champs we're gonna have another heel win the rumble (i'm putting my money on Wade Barrett, setting up Barrett/Bryan...my original bet was Barrett/Orton/Bryan with Bryan cashing in but with Bryan cashing in already and Orton hurt that's out). I could see Ziggler winning at the Rumble but then turning right around and giving it back up at Elimination Chamber.

Okay, but who could Ziggler face? Cena will be tied up with The Rock. Orton is on Smackdown (though that doesn't matter if he wins the Rumble). Personally, I don't think it will happen. I think Punk will either go into Wrestlemania as the champion, or will challenge for the belt at WM. Though I wouldn't mind seeing Ziggler get the belt at all.

nah, not impossible, but I really only see Punk vs Jericho. Even though Rock vs Cena is the ture main event, as well as Undertaker's match getting top billing, wwe is known for not wanting to diminish the presence and importance of the title at mania (HHH/Jericho and HHH/Orton) Punk/Jericho is the biggest star power match left that could probably fit the card

I don't see Jericho returning for anything less than a WWE Title match at Mania. Anything less would be a waste.

Just throwing this out there, but would it be out of the question to get Bryan/Miz? It would be the culmination to their previous feud, and could really happen if they continue pushing Cole's annoying rants about Bryan.

I really like Dolph but I wish they didn't give him such a midcarder name when he re-debuted. "Dolph Ziggler" just still sounds silly to me. He looks like a world champion, he wrestles like a world champion, but damn he still has a stupid name.

This is their one chance to REALLY draw money from Punk, because he will have an actual big name heel to work with.

I bet D-Bry gets bumped off the card two years in a row...
Would anyone else have had that distinction?

But assuming Orton, Punk, Cena and Mysterio were busy he'd be the next logical choice.

I dunno, I used to think that but now that he's a main eventer it sounds natural, no pun intended. Like I don't ever think about it anymore. It's ridiculous, but I'm used to it and it's unique.

I dunno why Jericho would cost Punk the title when he could just beat Punk and take the belt himself. Never understood why heels do that.
