Not literally...though that would be kind of awesome if you feel like it.
Who is the "casual WWE fan"? The holy grail that edges the rating from a 3.0 to a 3.3 when the Rock is near? What age, race, gender, IQ level, other interests, what kind of shirt is (s)he wearing, etc.? What do they already like about wrestling, and what don't they like?
I know there's not just one, but if you think of the casual fan, what do you think of?
I'm gonna go with a 26 year old male of slightly above average intelligence, who's interests include rock music (90s and older), cars, hunting, football, MMA, and beer. Wearing a hoodie and a hat promoting a college, like Ohio State or Cincinatti.
They liked the edginess of the old product, and guys like the Rock and Stone Cold getting huge reactions and being cultural phenomenons. Probably still uses the phrase "I'm gonna lay the Smackdown on your candy ass" when drunk and shoots people the bird on a regular basis. They also still LOVE Kane, for some strange reason. These days, they would enjoy R-Truth, Randy Orton, and Sheamus. Ass kickers and crazy people.
Right now, they hate guys like Cody Rhodes and the Miz that talk so damn much, why doesn't someone shut him up? Just fight already! They think the wrestlers don't wear enough clothes and that they all look like underwear models, not wrestlers. They also may wonder, why is this all so fake now? The Attitude Era seemed a lot more real, this stuff feels too planned and Hollywood.

My image of the casual fan is someone who has a passing interesting in wrestling at best, but unless there's something really worth seeing they won't bother to watch every week. Sure, they might pay to see a show if it comes to their hometown every now and then, but not everytime and again only when there's something worth their time. And once you do something really stupid on television and piss them off (Turning Stone Cold heel, for example.) then chances are they won't be back for a long while if ever.

Fairly reasonable people who cheer for who they like when they like, no set support for people. May be more likely to get behind who is pushed but aren't blind to the WWE's failures either.
A lot smarter than most people give credit for, and a lot more independent of thought than many hardcore fans (sometimes we overthink things and accidentally start/keep cheering for someone even if they turn pretty crap, casual fans are more likely to not have that issue).
As Mr B Natural said as well, they aren't the ones tuning in/purchasing PPVs if they feel last weeks show was junk, which is important in the great scale of things.

The Attitude Era seemed a lot more real, this stuff feels too planned and Hollywood. Fans like that exist, and there are a lot of them. I've met quite a few. But I don't think those are casual fans. Those are former fans. Even if they watch occasionally with their buddies or something, I don't think you can call them casual fans, or fans at all. It's like saying I'm a Law & Order fan because I watch the show sometimes. No, I think casual fans are people that pretty much watch every week, but they're not super fans. For instance, my ex girlfriend and her mom were casual fans. They would watch RAW every week, cheer loudly for the good guys, talk shit about the bad guys, laugh at the comedy segments...and that was it. They react the way that they're supposed to and aren't really concerned with stuff that happens off camera. Not that they aren't interested in the behind the scenes stuff (My ex was devastated when she found out Jeff Hardy, her favorite wrestler, got arrested for drugs) but it's just not a big deal for them. They enjoy it, but they don't have the same passion that fans like us have. I know that's a very generalized statement, but I know you guys and gals are passionate about wrestling because you spend so much time talking about it.
