The way it's set up, it could go either way. They both kinda acted like dicks to each other, Big Show laughing and saying that Bryan's reign was over, and Bryan retorting like he did. Either one could turn, but it's very interesting for a face/face program

I think he's just being a super sarcastic smart aleck face. And I love it.
He's like a Keith Giffen character or something; a good guy but he doesn't take any crap from anyone and can dish out the insults and jokes as needed.

Based purely on last night, I would think so. If not, then that was a very poor way to get people behind him as a face.

Anything to give him some sort of personality.

It seems to be set up so either of them can turn and it would make sense either way. Indeed! I think WWE wants to use heel Bryan at some point (he's a proven excellent heel on the indies), but are testing the waters to see if the crowds will actually turn on him - he's been so consistently over with his hardcore fanbase that it's hard to imagine him not being a face at this point. And really, on the indies, most of the things he used to pop the crowd as a face were things he created to get heel heat - and they worked for heel heat at first, but eventually evolved into face mannerisms. So, I think WWE may be angling for a face Bryan who acts a lot like a heel.

If so, they really can't turn him into a typical WWE chickens*** heel. Bryan as a heel needs to be booked the same way Benoit was as a heel. He's a mean bastard and he beats the s*** out of babyfaces before, after, and during matches, but he's not a coward. If he's going to be playing a heel against monster hosses like Big Show, he'll have to run away from them some of the time and use weapons to dominate them. If he just outwrestled Big Show and had him tap clean, he'd gain too much sympathy as a heel.

I feel that he acted like a spoilt child in the title match announcement segment, but seeing as Show vs Shaq seems to be a thing planned at Mania, I can't help but feel like he's the one who will turn. Although, they did post a video of Bryan "brushing off" the dot com folks, then AJ defended his actions (and acted like a total groupie) so, if he does turn heel, he will at least have a valet/girlfriend/mixed tag partner. vids.wwe.com/14437/wwecom-exclusive-wwecom-reporterThat....was very interesting. Holy shnikeys A.J. looked hot as hell even by A.J. standards in that video.

If this leads to Bryan calling everyone under the sun a prick again, then I'm all for it.

I think Big Show will turn heel. It's a WWE rule that him and Kane need to have a face/heel turn every year!

I think Big Show will turn heel. It's a WWE rule that him and Kane need to have a face/heel turn every year! You know, the funny thing about that is that Kane turned twice in 2011 (Started as a heel, turned to join Show against the Corre and turned when he attacked Cena) and Show stayed a face for the entire year.

I like it that he isn't a plain old smiling babyface. Bryan needs some edge to him. Plus Show was asking for it with him thinking it's going to be an easy match.

Turning Bryan heel would be stupid, because that's what they ALWAYS do. Turn the newer guy heel and get him over as a chickenshit heel. That's what they did with Punk in '09, too; hell, TNA does the SAME THING when young guys go up against established guys. WWE needs to create more top faces. Why? Because the "face of the company" guys are never heels. The "representatives of WWE" will ALWAYS be the top babyfaces, and they desperately need new ones that aren't Cena, Orton, etc.
And they're REALLY bad at making hot babyfaces. All of the "big deal, fairly quickly" youth movement pushes were to heels (Sheamus, Swagger, Barrett, ADR) as well as pretty much everyone who gets pushed in a major way. Why? Because it's just easier to book heels. Booking faces is hard because you need someone to catch on with the fans - another thing is that heels can be totally one-dimensional because it's a simple formula, meanwhile faces need a little more personality for longevity, and WWE doesn't know how to book compelling protagonists anymore.
But to bring it back around, what good would turning D-Bry heel, therefore taking away any legitimacy with the fans he's been building, and makng the BIG SHOW, of all people, someone who does NOT need to be established, the face? Yes, one can be "established" as a heel, as Punk was too, but WWE is ALWAYS going to be about the faces, which is why even after catching onto a brilliant, over heel gimmick Punk was Rey Mysterio's job boy for an embarrassing stretch of time. It just works that way in WWE, and it's not helpful for new guys. Hell, it nearly wrecked Punk's career until he delivered his promo. And not every guy is good enough to dig themselves out of a hole like that.

They're in between on who they're gonna turn hence the reason why they're both acting heelish lately it'll probably be Show that turns in the end cause of the rumor of Shaq wrestling Show at WM
