The guest host stuff spoilt 2010 for me. There were some early parts of that year where Raw was close to unbareable.

I'd go for 2010. Both have been pretty good but I think that was good for a lot longer than this year has been.
The Road To Wrestlemania was infinitely better in 2010 with the buildup to HBK/Taker, Bret/Vince and Cena/Batista. The Nexus storyline was still terrific for most of the year, despite there being a couple of missteps along the way. I also found the Taker/Kane storyline really enjoyable.
2011 took a while to get going. During the first half, there wasn't really that much interesting going on. The second half was really strong, the Punk storyline was brilliant and I also really liked the conspiracy storyline, even if never did get a proper ending. Henry's title reign was another highlight. Still think 2010 was more interesting for a longer period of time though.

2011. CM Punk finally got his main-event push, R-Truth became one of the funniest and most entertaining characters in ages, Christian finally got to the main-event, Zack Ryder, Daniel Bryan, and Dolph Ziggler got sizable pushes, and Air Boom breathed some life into the all-but-dead tag team division.
Also, Hugh Jackman wore a Broski headband.
