I wonder how many times people are sexually assaulted in their wrestling careers under the guise of 'training' or 'hazing'. I'm 100% positive that's a question nobody here wants answered. according to Jason sensation it happens quite often

LOL, might as well tweet the picture to him and ask. And Punk too, maybe he took a naproxen or something and he's doped up. I don't take pain killers or scripts unless I absolutely have to and one of those was more than enough. ...more than enough for what? Surely you're not suggesting that somebody got "doped up" from a naproxen? It's an anti-inflammatory medicine that's available over the counter, it's like Advil or Aspirin. Anyway, without leveling any judgments at anybody in particular I think this kind of stuff is bad for the business and needs to go. This is another one of those things that demonstrates how it's not the same old rasslin' business. in 2012 wrestlers, trainers, promoters, and anyone else involved in the business should at least make some sort of attempt to engage in professional conduct. This frat boy kinda stuff is just embarrassing.

He says that three or four guys had their way with him, and I don't get why they would go after him of all people. That paired with Jason never pursuing some sort of justice makes me suspicious.

Am I the only one that thinks that the "naked" guy might be wearing a thong?
However, I don't doubt that WWE affiliated training grounds are full of scummy shit. I even think that WWE uses them to keep themselves out of scummy shit like this. Even from his TV persona you can tell that Vince McMahon is the kind of person that thinks sexual harassment is actually ok and people should toughed up if they want to be in "sports entertainment". If it happens outside of WWE they can always claim that they knew nothing about it and severe ties with the company to keep their hands clean.

I guess, but it didn't make sense to me when they targeted Don Callis either. He was a manager in the WWF and JBL and some others seemed to have it out for him. It might have been in Edge's book, but I remember reading that the Hardy's would go and break toothpicks into his car keyholes so he couldn't get in.
Anyways, tt just really seems like a high school environment to me. There are the popular "cool guys" who find some socially awkward types and then they spend their time making life miserable for them.

Bill's not going anywhere. This is a story that virtually nobody except for this bitter what's his face cares about. The three people who volunteered to do it were obviously consenting adults. I love Bill's trolling reply to the guy on twitter, probably made him blow a gasket if his timeline is any indication. That boy sure is bitter. Also listened to his podcast for a couple of minutes. Let's put it this way, he doesn't sound like the sharpest knife in the drawer. I love the notion that any ex employee that opens up about bullshit that happened is automatically branded as bitter. DeMott being an asshole isn't anything new

The point that people are missing that this happened in Deep South Wrestling almost a decade ago. Demott did lose his job because of the different atrocities that occurred. Masked Assassin lost his developmental contract with WWE because of Demott's actions. Because of what happened in Deep South and later on in OVW, WWE cut ties with those promotions and created their own farm promotion, FCW. WWE was well aware of what went down in OVW. Nova and some of the Deep South trainees told WWE brass. When WWE brought Demott back into the fold, they knew his mentality and training style. And they were cool with that. So pics and stories from during his DS reign of terror isn't going to change their minds. If it was, they wouldn't tossed Dr Tom out in favor of Demott.
Before someone think this is a defense of him, it's not.

What you're saying is completely plausible and believable, but if that's why they got rid of him it makes you wonder why they hired him back...

He got fired to dissociate WWE from DSW and what happened there. He got rehired because WWE obviously believes in his training methods, which might not all be naked guy rubbing their asses into faces. It also shows that WWE does everything to dissociate themselves from shady and scummy stuff IN PUBLIC, while they secretly approve of them. Vince apologists will disagree, but the man is a scummy hypocritical sociopath and all of his failures outside of wrestling are more than well deserved.

If anything, he'll probably get high-fived. Yeah, because with their wonderous stock price what they need is ass to mouth in their training center. I always thought that'd be a great team name for Billy Gunn and Jimmy Hart.

WWE Logic: Fire a guy that has trained a lot of great guys in FCW and is liked by everyone
Hire a guy you previously fired for treating students like shit, that hasn't trained anyone of note, and is hated

There is an IDENTICAL story of him making Luke Gallows do this to other people in Ohio Valley. If he is making people do this for his entertainment, he COULD be gay(not that there is anything wrong with that). My point is forcing people to do this, could be considered a sexual act. Which means he can be prosecuted for a form of rape. Forcing people to do sexual acts, IS a form of sexual assault and rape in the US. Demott psychologically is probably having these guys do these things because he he has power over the situation and can end a career if they don't. It's moreso him having power over the situation and the people in question that is the "turn on" for him, not the gay tendencies. As for the legality of the situation, it is indeed sexual assault but not a rape. A rape is often defined legally as intercourse and not consensual. The guy taking the stink face obviously isn't having intercourse and he obviously gave consent. Demott could be in trouble over this but a lawsuit seems doubtful if that talent is still under contract. Lawsuit's probably moot but I don't see how WWE could keep him employed now that this is out there. you have pics of him sexually assaulting other employees.

Hmm, why would someone the size of Kevin Fertig (Who was the main guy Jason made allegations against) pick on and abuse a scrawny thing like Jason Sensation rather than larger guys who can defend themselves better... Hmm, I wonder... But yeah, plenty of victims of sexual assault don't go to the police for various reasons, Jason Sensation isn't the first, and sadly he won't be the last.

He was in OVW for awhile and he was back in the warehouse helping out guys like Kurt Angle. Dr. Tom has been around the block and helped numerous people throughout the past 15 years. I'm not quite sure why they got rid of Dr. Tom.

If I remember right, they let Dr. Tom go and brought back Bill DeMott because it was thought that the guys being brought up were all too similar in their style. Basically guys would come out of FCW and a punch, for example, would look the same no matter who did it, same for just about any other move. Triple H brought DeMott in along with changing the focus from discovering and training people to getting established guys and refining them for TV to shake things up.

I remember this being posted earlier this year I've just lost a little bit of respect for Zack Ryder. Wait, so is Zack Ryder one of the guys who actually doesn't want to be a wrestler? Ugh.
