Luna's presence seemed kind of unnecessary to me. Applejack was serving that role for most of it, then she just kind of got dropped and Luna took over.
Say I'd give it an 8. Not as good as last week's, but a very cute one.

Fantastic episode. Scoot is adorable as always, Luna apperance, Rarity was in fine form, Sweetie Belle "singing" that song, and RD was even great at the end as being a mentor to Scoots. 10.

Luna was slightly shoehorned in (Or horseshoehorned), but still served a purpose, and we see that she has some sort of weird Freddy Krueger power.

My early ratings tells me a 9 rating, but we shall see how it goes as I still have 9 pages to think about it.
Still, that third act was exactly what I wanted from the episode and then some. Rainbow Dash especially needed that character development badly.

I'm hovering between an 8 and a 9. First two acts were closer to the 8, but the third act was 9-10 area. I must figure this out with complicated fancy math.
