I like them. their gimmick is unique, I can't remember the last time we had a gimmick like this. To be fair, it's been over a decade.

RTC were about morality in the puratanical sense of the word, wholesomeness and all that, the Sheild are about justice, different thing completely.

I just hope they bring a real sword to TLC ... and use it.

Honestly, as great as Ambrose is/can be, he does too much of Ledger's Joker. I get that he took inspiration from the character and that's cool, and it works; but in that video, he's straight up aping Ledger's mannerisms and all.

My first thought when I heard that was they asked Bryan to be in The Shield but he said NO!

Why do I have a sinking feeling that we are never going to find out what they mean by injustice?
My guess is Hornswoggle.
(Seriously though, it's cool that they're trying new things, but that's a little too much of a Dark Knight/Joker ripoff for my tastes, but I like it)

Oh man, Dean Ambrose is just epic. I like Reigns and Rollins too, but DAMN. I think it's a great trio that compliments each other extremely well. Rollins is flashy and more overtly impressive in the ring, Reigns is the quiet, enigmatic badass with the size the other two lack, and Ambrose is...everything else, mouthpiece, centerpiece, brawler, wild card. It's the just the tip of the iceberg for all of them, but I'm pretty damn excited about Ambrose in particular. I hadn't really seen the big deal about Ambrose UNTIL this promo. Wow, just totally sold me on the mic. Rollins is still "trying too hard" but I actually like that part of his gimmick. Almost like the younger brother role, and I think it'd make for a good face turn down the line. Ambrose has Reigns deliver a sick powerbomb, saying something like "Their must be no cracks, no faults, no weaknesses in The Shield". The Rollins comes out, lookin all goth-sexy for the teen girls to dig, talking all emo and shit. Renames himself "The Shadow" Seth Rollins, cause "no longer will I remain under the shadow of Dean Ambrose. Now Dean will have to learn what life is like under THE SHADOW!" and he becomes this never-say-die, slightly annoying tweener. It sounds good in my head, I dunno. Also, Roman Reigns is a total badass, though I have no idea what he'd be like as a singles wrestler. I forget which old guy said he was a total blue chipper like The Rock, it may have been JR, but if that's true, I'll stay excited.

Five bucks says they'll all be eating Punt Kicks from Randy Orton in a few months. Just to continue the cycle.

Why do I have a sinking feeling that we are never going to find out what they mean by injustice? They kinda clarified it in their promo, especially when talking about Ryback being supposedly handed his success on a silver platter.

Maybe a similarity but I don't think I would have even thought of Ledger or the Joker if someone else hadn't brought it up.

The Shield brings the sword?
Am I the only one who finds them and their gimmick lame?

The Shield brings the sword? Am I the only one who finds them and their gimmick lame? You won't be if they keep bringing lines like that. I'm sorry, but I'm really not feeling Ambrose. I mean, I really wanna like him, because you all like him, but I just can't get with him. He comes off like he's trying way to damn hard.

Want me to come down on all their heads? Ambrose sounds corny, Rollins sounds like he's not comfortable in his own skin, and Reigns just sounds bored. And on Reigns, I get that he's doing the stoic big guy routine, and he tells that story in the ring, but he's been 0 for 2 on the mic so far. Better?
