Don't care about the divas, get over it. I did some time ago. If they cared about them they wouldn't have fired or buried every single female post-Lita who got over.
Step 1. Hire divas with wrestling ability Step 2. Allow them to have wrestling matches
I know this sounds absurd.
I fully agree, mainly with the first point. The models they hired over the last few years fall between just good to sloppily getting through the matches.

What kills me is knowing they have divas who can actually wrestle but they never use them in matches, and if they are they are squashed out in less then 5 minutes like Natalya, or Beth before they blew it and lost her. Until I became aware of the fact that even the most useless looking divas they have like Alicia, can actually wrestle good matches, have some decent moves you never see when the same divas appear on Raw or Smackdown. It's a pitty, really. And I had such high hopes for Kharma, as well. Seeing her dropping implant busters all over the divas would have been magical.
The lack of individuality doesn't help either. It's not very interesting when they turn the divas or the male wrestlers into Vince's favored protopypes. Like for instance, what exactly happened to Tamina? I thought it was some new chick when I first saw her, now she just looks like a black Eve much like what happened when they made Dolph look so gereric when they cut his hair and darkened it.

I wonder if there is a focus group needed for other divisions. Will the WWE ever have a Cruiserweight Division again? I don't have a problem with T&A in small doses, seriously, but it got out of hand in my opinion. There were too many bra and panty matches, gravy bowl matches, and Diva Search contests and not enough good matches for people to talk about without having them talk about a bathroom break. I guess in the age of PG, they are at least trying or just don't have a clue. Why doesn't the WWE go back to the ages before the Attitude Era where they had women from Mexico and Japan as well as the USA wrestle or make appearances. I would recommend having Sara del Rey wrestle or a Kana wrestle (as far as appearances go).
