Just a question, Are we getting rid of Face and Heels altogether? As far as I know, just the distinctions. There are still faces and heels, but it'll be up to the fans (and readers) to determine who to cheer and boo. Unless you write yourself as a strict face or strict heel, it's open to interpretation.

I consider myself a Jerk With A Heart Of Gold, Snark Knight Face, kinda like Edge or The Rock.

Just a question, Are we getting rid of Face and Heels altogether? Not at all. I'm simply removing the distinctions in the Roster thread. As for the tag team squashes, since they will be squashes, I say get to writing. No vote speeds things up. Later today I'll post the official card i.e. the stuff we vote on.

Part of me thinks it would be hilarious to use them again. Example: Hollywood Enigmas beat Rigsby and Toledo, then Blood and The General come out and have their match with a beaten Rigsby and Toledo. Ties in with Blood beating up people for the hell of it, and they could brag about it afterwards. Or switch, then have Hollywood Enigmas claim they won without breaking a sweat.

To be fair.........I think one team would look weak so yeah, probably different jobbers would be best.

To be fair.........I think one team would look weak so yeah, probably different jobbers would be best. I agree. It could work if one of the two teams were the kind of heels who exaggerate their accomplishments (e.g., Owen Hart being called to the podium to present a Slammy award, assuming he was the winner of said Slammy, taking it and walking away celebrating, and always describing himself as a "two-time Slammy award winner" afterwards) and take pride in things that they really shouldn't. But nobody on the two tag teams seems to be that kind of heel--as a matter of fact, the only pure heel out of the four wrestlers seems to be Blood. As for the tag titles themselves, I think our characters have argued in the promo thread just long enough, and that if we go much longer it'll start to get old. So BRB, would it be possible to schedule a title defense for Transgression & Redemption? I don't think it has to be the triple threat suggested by Blood, necessarily, but a defense of some kind against somebody should happen. EDIT: Actually, if I were a character in the FAWA-verse making a case to Jeremy Dupoe for why it should be a triple threat, here's what my argument would be: "Since they're supposed to defend against one team every thirty days, and they've gone over sixty days without defending, they should face two teams."

Where's Marshall's TV Title reign in the title history?

When was that? If you can dig up the shows he won and held it (it's probably been so long I forgot) I will revise the history.
Also, expect a card later, everyone.

I know he won it a show or two after GM5.Unfortunately, most of his defenses never got written, so when I check after work tomorrow, I'm not sure how good it's gonna really look.

OK, I'm going to try to get back in this. I have just one request. PLEASE: Don't make me write matches. I have no reason to believe I can write a match involving me without completely burying the opponent.
Otherwise, expect character info in the roster forum shortly.

Don't worry. I got rid of that rule that new members must write debit promos and squashes a couple of months ago. It may very well have become an unnecessary barrier for entry. It's all on the member now.
Welcome aboard.

Okay. Booking time.
Interforums Cup Match 2 Connor Mackenzie versus Marshall Wesley Coventry
Exhibition Match (Winner earns TV Title shot) Bull Ant versus The Super Warrior
TV Title Match Aaron Enigma versus Connor Mackenzie
Just in case people wonder, I still book The Sam's characters because while he's an on again off again character, he regularly votes. Thought that would be worth clarifying.

As a reminder, I did not list the proposed Tag matches because they will be squash matches and thus not voted on. Get too writing those now.
As for the card, due to my current circumstances I will send it out tomorrow. Until then, do I have writers for these official matches?

I will be writing the Hollywood Enigmas squash match. I would like to use the Badd brothers as the jobbers if that is okay.
I will also handle the TV title match as well.

All righty then. Expect entrances tomorrow in addition to voting cards. We're gonna lightning round this one again.
Also, a proposition for the next supercard: if we go with the general TV theme, how about the name "Small Screen Smackdown?" If it was movie-based, then "Silver Screen Smackdown."
