I always thought Shark Boy was wasted, that they had something with big potential they could have done that they let fall through the cracks.
Basically, after he adopted the Stone Cold imitation gimmick, I thought they could have reenacted the SCSA saga, starting with the Austin/Sharkboy 3:16 promo, but obviously running through it in months instead of years.
He could have built to a feud with Dixie as the authority figure and brought in some boxer or other in the Tyson role, etc.
I'm not talking something in the main event slot, just a comic relief midcard angle over a few months that most everyone would get. I remember Shark Boy being crazy over during his SCSA phase, but they didn't do anything with it.
Could this have worked? Would it have been worth a try? Or am I nutz?

I'd have loved that, Shark Boy is a funny dude and he was still doing the pseudo-Stone Cold gimmick the last I saw of him, so it'd be great to have done something similar with him.

This is actually a really funny idea, and the only way I would have tolerated this gimmick.

That's pretty good. Maybe feud with a Canadian wrestler he calls Bret and reenact the Wrestlemania 13 moment.

I approve of any angle where Dixie has to act.
Just for the lolz.

I agree. I always liked Shark Boy, and believe there is always a role for comedy in wrestling. Why would midgets have been so popular for so many years? They were pure comedy. Jerry Lawler was so popular in Memphis in part because he could be funnier than anybody else.
How about Shark Boy vs. Petey Williams? Sharkie starts calling him "Hitman", and tells him to go back to the Dungeon. Petey gets mad about it and they feud.
Think Dixie would urinate on herself in the ring, to recreate one of Stone Cold and Vince's best scenes?

I really liked Sharky. I tend to like the underused, under-appreciated talents. His pairing with Curry Man was hilarious too. They fit nicely together and the SCSA gimmick gave Sharky a personality. Not his own, but like Lethal did the Flair and Macho gimmicks, they just made them seem less one dimensional. I'm missing Petey too.

The dramatic beginning:
"Sharkboy 3:16 says I just fished your bass!!!!"
And that, my friends, is the fishin' line.

Anything that brings me more Shark Boy. I always thought he could and should have been a bigger deal than he was.

WWE should have signed Shark Boy
Properly pushed, WWE could have made a mint shilling his merchandise to kids.

You can't have Bischoff as the Vince character because Shark Boy needs to still hate Bischoff for firing him over the phone.

Shark boy should have been the mascot of tna. Technically he was in the early days. They used to have him run around Universal. And then there was this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ya-_wNeZwc
