I would love for JoMo to be a surprise entrant. When Kofi tries to eliminate him, he does some great recovery. When he tries to get back at Kofi, Kofi "one-ups" him for the last laugh and elimination.
I would prefer that it goes Kofi-JoMo-Kofi in the acrobatics, but that is too much risk I'd think.

I predict that Kofi will do a handstand via elimination and will somehow handstand walk his way up the steps and into the ring.

If they made Kofi look superior to Morrison, I would be done with the company. Because Kofi sucks.

I prefer JoMo to Kofi...but why would they make the person who isn't with the company look better?

So here are some predictions I'm making:
Rhodes Scholars will win the belts over Hell No.
Del Rio retains over Big Show.
Punk retains over The Rock with an assist from Brock Lesnar.
Dolph will be #1 and Cena will be #2.
Jack Swagger makes his return in the Rumble. Will start a feud with Cesaro soon after.
Randy Orton will win the Rumble and challenge Del Rio, starting his heel turn.

I could dig a Swagger/Cesaro feud and I think face Swagger being "the American" to take the belt off of Cesaro can work. As for Orton, I think Orton NOT winning is the catalyst for his heel turn. Especially with his promos as of late saying that he "needs to win".

I would be into a Swagger/Cesaro feud too...Swagger should come out to Real American for it.
As for Lesnar helping Punk retain...I don't see it because I think they'd rather have him advertised for a PPV if he was on it. Maybe not since it might be worth the money since everyone knows something big is going to happen one way or another tomorrow

With the upcoming WWE title match between The Rock and CM Punk, WWE has released clips of Rock's previous WWF Championship wins. The win at Backlash 2000 still gives me chills. I can't watch the Rumble due to some financial issues, so I'll have to follow along with the results online. Will be checking out the pay-per-view as soon as possible, though. REALLY hope Rock wins. Seeing all those clips made me remember just how much I loved to see Rock as champion. He deserves that belt. Backlash always leaves me a little down because I hated seeing Austin having to use a chair to get back to his feet after hitting McMahon. Interestingly they've edited that shot out here.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned at all (it probably has), but does anyone else think that this may be the night where Kane's record of eliminating 11 men in the 2001 Royal Rumble is finally beaten? By Ryback, of course.

By Ryback, of course. For a man like Kane, who's always been so willing to "do business" and put people over, it would be a nice touch for them to let him have this record as a little gesture of thanks. I hope it's never broken. Also I think if it was going to be broken they would have been promoting Kane's record a lot prior to the rumble itself.

The only problem is that, if all accounts are true, Kane would not only want someone to break the record but he would volunteer himself to be the 12th man eliminated. He's just too nice FOR THIS BUSINESS

So since the NXT tourney was yesterday, I take it the Rumble qualifying battle royal is today?

Why is there a qualifying battle royal if 3MB can just announce that they're in?

So since the NXT tourney was yesterday, I take it the Rumble qualifying battle royal is today? The rumble qualifying battle royal will be held at the same time as the rumble. In a ring next to the ring in which the Rumble is being held. Literally right next to it. Entrants that are thrown from one ring to another automatically enter that match and if at the end the final two are in seperate rings they each have to walk along the ropes and the first one to fall on to the outside loses. Hey Russo.

Here's my picks:
Cesaro Rhode Scholars Del Rio Rock Final 4 in the Rumble: Cena/Ryback/Ziggler/Cesaro
Cena wins.....
I know i know. I hope i'm wrong but it just seems like they're building towards SuperCena again and Rock/Cena 2 for the title.
This Rumble is hard to predict, i've gone from thinking Ryback, Cena, Cesaro, Lesnar, Taker, Ziggler, Punk could all have a chance at winning.

I'm trying to be optimistic about the Royal Rumble but I have a real sense of dread about it too. There are two things I want out of this, I want CM Punk to still be Champion at the end of it, and I don't want Cena to win. I'm not unreasonable, if one of these things happen and the other doesn't I'll be fine, but the one-two punch of Rock beating Punk and Cena winning the Rumble will be really tough to take if that's where we're headed tonight.
