It would probably Daniel Bryan(I'd probably be calling him "Yes Man"), Kane, Cena, Zack Ryder, Brodus Clay, Sin Cara, The Prime Time Players, and Sheamus. I'd probably have hated Big Show, Cody Rhodes, Sandow, Ziggler, and our current champion. I'd probably be calling Bryan "Mr. No" or "The No Guy".

I'm not sure. I was big into guys like Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon. All tremendous workers, and better workers then their top baby face, John Cena. I think if I was REALLY young, I'd be a fan of Cena like I was a fan of Hogan and Warrior.
It's weird, because you put Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels against wrestlers today, few people can match their talent. And they were just your average good guy babyfaces, but they were presented well. Bret Hart was just a hero type babyface and could wrestle. He was the best and I, and many others, believed it.
If that's the case then, maybe some of the guys I'm favourites of now. I might like Daniel Bryan's over the top nature. Ryback is another one I'd probably get into, but the closest comparisons to him would be Ultimate Warrior, who I was really young for, or Goldberg, who was on top when I was a pre-teen/early teen.
I might like Cena, and I think about it today. Nobody really booed Bret Hart. People slowly started to boo Shawn Michaels, like in New York in 1996, but they never really got booed as babyfaces, so I wouldn't wonder why the crowd was booing them, or think the crowd was being dumb. Maybe it was the era, but people always respected Bret Hart for instance

As a kid I loved Hogan and Steamboat the best so I guess I'd like Cena and Kofi.

I was a total Hogan mark so I'd probably be a fan of Cena. I was a big fan of Ultimate Warrior so I'd probably like Ryback. But I seemed to be more into guys like Mr Perfect, Million Dollar Man, Jake the Snake, Roddy Piper and Macho Man. So in that regard I guess I'd like Ziggler, Del Rio, Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan and CM Punk. I'd probably think anybody going against Khali or Tensai would be doomed from the start. As a kid I bought what ever WWF told me.

I forgot about AJ. I would love her thinking that she is the cutest girl a live.

I was a fan of cool faces and usually for peculiar reasons: Mr.Perfect because of his gum slap, Razor Ramon for his toothpick and gold, Bret Hart because of his cool shades, the only heel I liked was Owen. I never was a Hogan fan, so not Cena. Probably Bryan and...wow they really aren't any cool faces anymore, maybe R Truth, because of Little Jimmy...I don't know.

I'm really still a kid, as I don't think my tastes have changed. When I was little I loved the Hart Foundation, Disco Inferno, Alex Wright, Jericho, and the Luchadors.
Pretty sure my favorites would be Hell No (for being wacky comedy with good wrestling, also, my love of masks), CM Punk (even as a little kid, the Straight Edge thing really would appeal to me), and Sheamus (big goofy looking guy who beats people up, and has cool finishers).

I was more into heels and edgier faces when I was a kid (Undertaker, Flair, Bret, Vader and Savage were my favorites), so I would have loved CM Punk, Miz, Ziggler and maybe Christian. Even without the insider knowledge I liked technical wrestling, and I marked for guys with cool movesets. I'd probably enjoy Bryan, HHH and Cena the same way I do today, though 12-year-old me wouldn't be as defensive of Cena since I didn't develop my appreciation for clean-cut faces until I got older. I never hated Hogan as a kid, but he didn't interest me the way other superstars did. Now I can go back and notice his charisma, and how great he was at working crowds. I'm indifferent to Hormswoggle now, but as a kid I would have DETESTED him. So yeah, back then I was pretty smarky.

I liked masked wrestlers and silent types, so Sin Cara would have been right up my alley.
Also Sheamus and Ryback, because I liked babyface big guys.
And, yes, I'd be a Cena fan, because I was a Bret fan and he's the closest thing to him in this day and age.

My tastes now and as a kid haven't changed much, aside from me growing to like and accept more main event level talent. I typically was more interested, least with WWF, the mid-card talent and the gimmicked wrestlers.
So, guys like Team Hell No, Zack Ryder, Brodus Clay, and 3MB most likely.
Or, I'd be like my nephews, the younger of the two's just gotten into it but both love Team Hell No and don't understand why they're supposed to be booing Punk, as they both loved him. It's actually interesting to watch them watch the programming or listen to them talk about it. Because I think the CM Punk heel run situation is breaking their suspension of disbelief with just how over the top Punk's having to go to get heel heat. Admittedly it's more the older of the two, the younger one's just confused why Punk's acting like this.
Which is kind of sad, because the older one's only five. I'd hate to have had my first moment where wrestling broke my suspension of disbelief for it at that age.

Punk, when he was a face, would've been my favorite because I was always drawn to guys like Foley who were different, and Punk's got the whole "cool, edgy badass face" thing going about him that I liked about Austin/Rock/Triple H. I probably would've really liked his corny stuff with Big Johnny and D-Bry, too. I think that's part of the reason I love Punk so much - he reminds me of why I got into wrestling in the Attitude/MNW era. But as a heel, I'd probably hate the guy's guts. Right now, Ryback probably would be my favorite, with Daniel Bryan a close second. Can't go wrong with a destroyer of worlds and a wrestling machine who's got charisma to spare - and is funny as all hell (pun intended) on top of that.

I think I'd have to go with Sheamus still but Ryback would be my number two favourite. As a kid I always found myself liking more the huge guys who wore trunks, short boots, knee pads.

It's hard to think of any because as a kid I liked all the babyfaces, but those babyfaces were HBK, Taker, Bret, Diesel, Razor, Ahmed, etc. None of the faces around now have that kind of charisma or likability. I would've loved babyface CM Punk for sure.

Sin Cara probably, the guy is just adorable.
I was into guys like Owen Hart and Bob Backlund back in the 90's though so I probably would have still liked Bryan & Punk most likely.

My first big childhood favorites were the Twin Towers, so I'd probably be a little mark for Brodus Clay, or possibly the Shield just for the outfits.

I didn't start watching until I was 14, so it's hard to say.
If we're going by the criteria of how I would have picked someone at 6-8 years old, this is tough. More than likely, it'd be Kofi Kingston.
If we're going by the criteria of how I would have picked when I first started watching (at 14), then it would likely be Tyson Kidd.
(For the record, my original favorite was Barry Horowitz, BEFORE the push)

I think I would like Kaitlyn the most. I always liked the Divas growing up, and she comes across as really fun, nice, but still competent and tough.
