Not necessarily. I did a little fantasy booking which would still make Punk/Ryback a notable match even though the title wouldn't be on the line.

Rock/Punk at the Rumble - Rock's about to win only for the Shield to attempt to interfere. "Attempt to" because Ryback cuts them off. Rock wins the title and the show ends with both Rock AND Ryback standing tall.

The following Raw, Rock shakes Ryback's hand and tells him he "owes him a favor." The favor winds up being that Rock calls up one of his old friend's to be in Ryback's corner at Wrestlemania. Who is it?

Stone Cold Steve Austin.

So at Mania, Ryback goes over Punk. Punk gets whiny and grumpy after the match and eats a Stunner from Austin.

All to set up Punk/Austin at Mania 30.

Honestly I just really like the idea of one last showdown between HHH and Rock as they were one my favorite rivalries; haven't had interaction in 10 years, and haven't wrestled one on one since 2000.

This starts with the first Raw of the New Year, when Ryback's title match with Punk is interupted by Lesnar (who promptly disappears for a few weeks afterwards.) This leads to Ryback, calling about HHH and pleading with him to "FEED ME LESNAR!" in much the same way that Lesnar pleaded with Vince to "Give me Goldberg!" 9 years earlier.

The Rock vs John Cena (for the World Heavyweight Championship)
Ziggler cashes in his Money in the Bank contract on the Big Show at the Rumble, only to lose it to John Cena at Elimination Chamber. The Rock, who WON the Rumble, chooses to challenge for John Cena's World Heavyweight Championship.

CM Punk vs the Undertaker for the WWE Championship.

He's beaten EVERYONE, folks. Cena? Beaten. Rock? Did it. Big Show? Yet. Del Rio? Oh, yeah. Jericho, Miz, Daniel Bryan, Kane, Ric Flair, for God's sake. Good guys, bad guys.
