Redemption is a tremendous experience. I agree that the ending was a buzzkill, but it's still a fun time. Not to spoil too much, but I love that when you cross the river for the first time, you get to hear a really epic song- I went slow on horseback just to soak it all in. I dread the cougars, but it's exhilarating to hunt them.

Pretty fantastic game. Not sure about you guys but I enjoyed running with a posse in multiplayer.

Rocktar took a huge gamble with making a Western-style game, and I am so glad that they did. It really captures the look and feel of the Old West, and excels in pretty much every area. Gorgeous graphics and atmosphere, an engaging story, very solid voice acting, and the Multiplayer is pretty satisfying as well.

I've been thinking about checking this out. It's like GTA in the Old West, right? Something like that?

Great game both single player and multiplayer. Story is solid entertainment, gameplay is excellent and the music and graphics are great. Man, been forever since I've played that game. I remember when Joker, Ratings, TL Wolf and I had a war of axes/throwing knives on various train bridges and shoving contests on the top of small platforms. Not NEARLY as enjoyable as launching someone 400 feet into the air with helicopter propellers, but still VERY VERY VERY satisfying... *Throws axe, hits KStricks horse whgich dies, sending KStrick plunging into a ravine.* Ah yes satisfying times

Just after running off Razor and Ratings, I get my horse to charge them, and out of nowhere, my horse goes down and I go FLYING! That was hilarious! We need to do that again soon.

Probably the best game I've ever played.
John Marston isn't my favourite video game character (that'd be Andrew Ryan) but I've never felt for a protagonist so much and been so invested in his story.
Loved this game, front to back. So much depth, atmosphere, complexity.

Probably the only video game that my dad actually sat and watched for an hour. Besides NCAA
