1. Wade Barrett hasn't had a decent finisher since his debut.. I like the winds of change but nobody can do it like Abyss currently, so I say it give him a powerbomb in the vein of Kevin Nash
2. Sheamus I would love to see do White Noise for his finisher.
3. Damnien Sandow is probably one of my favorites on the roster right now, but I would love to see him change his finisher to a old school DDT.
4. Miz I have never been a fan of the Skull Crushing Finale and would love to see him do something else. Maybe a Styles Clash or the Lethal Combination (STO Backbreaker followed by a reverse STO)

I'm sure someone's gonna say Big E Langston, despite not seeing anyone but Cena take the finisher

I like Big E's finisher well enough.

Barrett for sure.
I'm also going with Ziggler, but they seem to be going to the super kick...which is a a good thing.

Every wrestler should be skillful enough to invent their own brand new finisher that nobody else has ever used.

Wade Barrett - I'd let him keep the Bullhammer as a 2 count signature move, likewise The Wasteland and Winds of Change and for a finisher I'd give him the TKO. An awesome move that's wasted on Alex Riley (No disrespect to Riley but as a jobber he very rarely gets to use it)
Ziggler - Scrap the crummy Zig-Zag all together. Instead I'd give him the Superkick and revive the sleeper hold
Tensai - Drop the crappy running back slam. He can use the Chokebomb and the Train Wreck backbreaker as finishers again.
Miz - I'd give him the Hammerlock DDT as a finisher. Nobody uses it in WWE yet it's a cool looking move.
Brodus Clay - Get rid of the crappy running splash and resurrect the Tongan Death Grip chokeslam he used once or twice
Cesaro - Scrap the crappy neutraliser and instead he can use that wicked looking torture rack dropped into a powerbomb thing he sometimes busts out.
Damien Sandow - The neckbreaker is okay as a 2 count move. But instead I'd give him Dream Street since it seems Ted is on his way out. Dream Street is a great move, seems a waste to let it slip out of use.

I've always thought that he should use the kneeling DDT; it's relatively simple, and it looks much better on people bigger than he is, as a lot of his opponents tend to be.

Every wrestler should be skillful enough to invent their own brand new finisher that nobody else has ever used. I dunno, there's only so many ways to slam an opponent. I think picking a move that hasn't been used in awhile is okay.

An awesome move that's wasted on Alex Riley (No disrespect to Riley but as a jobber he very rarely gets to use it) If Barrett has the Wasteland as a signature and the TKO as a finisher, it would be kind of weird. More analytical fans could easily pick it apart and Barrett would look stupid for doing a "weaker" signature from a position where he could easily hit his finisher and end the match. It would be like Triple H using the Tigerbomb as a signature or John Cena using the Finlay Roll.

Ryback needs a new finisher, it should be a Jackhammer Suplex.

I really don't like Big E's finisher (and yes, I have seen him do it on people other than Cena before anyone tries to patronise me). I'd say give him the Alley Oop Facebuster thing that Jeff Hardy occasionally uses as a Signature move in TNA.

Sandow definitely needs a different finisher. Terminus doesn't seem like its an effective modern-day finisher, although I would keep that as a signature move. I know that he used to do the Curb Stomp in FCW, which I think would fit him perfectly.

OK, actually being serious now, instead of trying to sound like a nose-in-the-air smartass, I actually think a finisher shouldn't matter that much, as far as how "powerful" it is.
IMO, A Finisher was supposed to just be what you polish off an already-beaten-down-to-the-point-of-no-resistance opponent with to make a statement to the crowd.
At some point, not exactly sure when, the idea came that it should be a quick, instant match-ender that could be hit "out of nowhere, at any time" (Shawn's "uncharged" superkick, RKO/Diamond Cutter, Big Show's Ham Like Fist).
The only finishers that I think are really bad tend to be the ones that are just way too contrived (Rey's 619, for example).

Cesaro needs something better than the slow unhooked Styles Clash.
His weird spinning sit out facebuster, DVD, Rope Assisted Cutter, TKO, Reverse Death Valley, Stun Gun, That powerbomb Monty Brown did, Overdrive!
Anything would be better than his current dull as hell... thing.

Ryback either needs to use the Meathook as a finisher or switch to something that really rattles the mat like some sort of modified suplex.
