That was not the best punt return ever.

Davis was still in the air. By rule, that makes him a defenseless receiver. The hit was perfectly clean, but because Davis was still in the air, it made that hit illegal. Also, I'd root for the Seahawks so much more if Carroll wasn't the coach. I understand why they do it, but is the defense supposed to just let the receiver catch the ball or what? At some point it stops being football and becomes something else entirely.

Sucks for Seattle (or not, considering the result of that 49ers drive), but those are the breaks. Though I guess the Seattle player could've tried to knock the ball away/out of Davis's hands instead of going for the knockout shot.

So Von Miller needs 5 sacks to tie and 5.5 sacks to break the record next week and we've got the Chiefs. This is very possible.

oh, I'm definitely concerned about them in the playoffs if they have to go to Green Bay or Atlanta. They are looking really well. I will say that. Whoever's matched up against 'em won't wanna play them. Yeah, and the thing about the playoffs this year(and almost every year, to be fair) is there is no team rolling into the playoffs that doesn't have at least major flaw; every team is very beatable(Denver could possibly make an argument that they are). Seattle right now could be a "one-and-done", or just as easily run the table. The NFC is pretty wide open, still. But heck, who knows. If Seattle wins tonight and next week against St. Louis, and SF and GB both drop their week 17 games, they get the #2 seed and a first round bye. Stranger things have happened.

After the Packers-Seahawks game, I'm not going to lose any sleep over Seattle being on the receiving end of a bad call.

Wasn't aimed at you or anything, it was more of a rhetorical question. You can barely hit the QB, you can't hit receivers, the RB's must be mad that there's no rule protecting them.

FG's aren't going to get it done for the 9ers.

Kaepernick looks like a deer in the headlights in front of that Seattle D/crowd tonight.
Alex Smith got his trollface on.
