Frisky Dingo (Own both seasons on DVD) Home Movies (Thanks Youtube!) 12 Oz. Mouse (I actually liked it when it was on and would make sure to record it on my DVR) Reaper (Still annoys me that it was cancelled on a cliffhanger) Avatar: The Last Airbender (One of the few shows that I watched from start to finish during it's original run) Sealab 2021 (Thanks DVR!) The Brak Show (See 12 Oz. Mouse & Sealab 2021) Boondocks (although, a new season is apparently in development...) Arrested Development (G4 used to do a thing where they would air all the episodes in the week leading up to Christmas or something like that) The War at Home (regretfully) Wrestling Society X (Hey, it counts!) Method Man & Redman (Fun while it lasted) Kenan & Kel (My childhood)
That's all I can think of right now

"The Invaders" "Firefly" "Space: 1999" "UFO" "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century"
That's all that I've worked my way through on DVD. So far. Currently working on the second/last season of "Carnivale".
EDIT: looking at my DVD shelf, I've forgotten "Batman:TAS", "Aeon Flux", "Duckman", "Kolchak the Night Stalker" and "The Lone Gunmen".

God, let's see...
Avatar the Last Airbender Azumanga Daioh Batman Beyond Batman the Animated Series Daphne in the Brilliant Blue Deadman Wonderland Death Note El Cazador de la Bruja FLCL Fullmetal Alchemist Invader Zim Lucky Star Nanaka 6/17 Neon Genesis Evangelion School Rumble Special A There's No Way My Little Sister is This Cute The Twilight Zone (original)
Probably others - I'd say just from sitting around waiting for it to be over I've probably seen every episode of Eureka 7, but I hate that show so I'm not counting it - but those are all that are coming to mind as for-sure ones. Also seen every episode to date of Friendship is Magic and The Legend of Korra, but there's still an ongoing season of the former with a fourth to come and three more seasons of Korra on the way. Then there's Haruhi Suzumiya, where I'd like to say I've seen every episode, but I haven't watched most of Sighs (though I have the movie on DVD, and I own the book), and more importantly there is no goddamn way I'm ever watching every Endless Eight episode.
