None of the above. Shemp, because I relate to him. A lovable oaf on and off screen, probably the most acclaimed Stooge outside of Stooge-related works.

Never cared for the 3 Stooges.

I think what the OP meant was who is your favorite Stooge, not including the rotating 3rd stooge?
This is tough for me because they both have their strong points;
Larry was awesome during the very early episodes, especially his improvisation skills. Honestly, his time during the Curly years besides the first few episodes was pretty lackluster. He had his moments, but it was the Moe/Curly show more than anything else. He stepped up when Curly got sick, but a lot of those episodes were pretty depressing because you can notice how tired Curly looks. Larry got a LOT more screen time when Shemp became the 3rd stooge (never got the hate for Shemp, outside of the fact that he wasn't Curly). Larry and Shemp were a lot more evenly matched and I thought they played off each other better than Curly and Larry did. Once Joe came around, it almost felt the same as Shemp, but without the sparkle anymore...Larry was getting the smacks, while Joe was getting the spotlight. Oh, and when Curly Joe came in, Larry essentially became the 3rd stooge, since it seemed like Larry and Moe just playing off one another while CJ stood around in the background looking like a retard.
Moe on the other hand...is Moe. He never really dipped in quality. Ever. Amazingly out of all the Stooges, he seemed to be the only one who was ever always on. Maybe it's because his role expected less out of him than Shemp or Curly...but he still had great comedic timing. I hated Moe as a little kid, because he was so goddamn mean, but I started to really appreciate some of the slapstick when I got a little older.
It's a close call, but I'm going to give it to Moe, based on consistency.
As for all in total;
Curly Shemp Moe Larry Emil Sitka in those publicity photos as "Harry" Joe Ted Healy (technically not a stooge, but he filled the Moe role) Curly's long dead corpse Dog vomit Drowning in dog vomit Curly Joe
