Can't help but feel horrible for JDS but good lord, is he a trooper. Cain made his loss look like an utter fluke.

JDS looking like the Elephant Man Awesome performance by Cain, did not expect it to be so lopsided.

JDS got his Rocky movies backwards.
The fight where he takes a beating and earns respect in loss is supposed to be the first one.

I'm disappointed in the lack of a humorous "Defeat by X" edit on any of the UFC Wikipedia pages right now for the main event.

Now that was a mauling. JDS's was gassed by the end of the first round and I think Cain gassed early too...that's why he wasn't able to finish him off. But he dominated that fight, so congrats Cain.

Good main event. I'm happy to see Cain as champ again.

So, providing Overeem beats Bigfoot, I guess he would be the next opponent for Cain.

One thing was bugging me about the poster for this event... Dos Santos' picture on the poster reminds me of Megamind. There, I said it.

Well, at least they got a trilogy fight ready when the time is right. Congrats Cain. Don't wipe out on that brand new Harley-Davidson or Dana will kick your ass.

I didn't get to see any of the prelims, but that main card kind of sucked. The only good fight, and it was a really good one, was Lauzon/Miller. I couldn't believe it wasn't stopped after round 1, given how Lauzon was just about completely covered from head to toe with his own blood. Then he goes and tries to pull off a win.

Cannot believe JDS survived that fight, Cain had him slaughtered in the first two rounds. A third fight would be MONEY.
And as for Miller/Lauzon, to think that Lauzon almost won that fight, given he was about 2.0 Muta... incredible.

I was thinking Muta Scale with the Lauzon fight too.
Rogen can go on and on about Cain's conditioning but Cain gassed early on. That's why he couldn't finish off JDS. Still, that could potentially become a GREAT trilogy.
