Cynthia's Champion Theme (Gen 4) & Elite 4 (Gen 5). Hell, just put the entirety of Gen 5's soundtrack as my favorite.

Heart Gold's National Park theme, I'd always ride my bike here when I was trying to hatch eggs just to hear it. HG easily be my favorite Pokemon game if just for the music.
