The Bischoff/Stephanie feud was stupid neither of them were likable or sympathetic.

They tried to make Steph sympathetic during her GM run, getting beat up by A-Train and Vince.

Yeah having 2 super heel GMs feuding was not the best of ideas... Then again I honestly loved the Vince/Flair GM feud so that shows what I know

This was a great era for Stephanie's ridiculously and wonderfully giant boobs, though.

I actually found Bischoff's character interesting at that point simply because he was a ratings obsessed sleaze who didn't really favor heels or faces rather than the generic heel GM he turned into later.

If only they stuck to the stipulations and gave us Steph in some HLA rather than Rikishi in drag.

Stephanie is so obnoxious, practically anyone looks sympathetic compared to her.

Horrible era for the 'E. Just garbage. Aye. This is when the rot really began to set in. 2004 was even more dismal.

Bischoff and Stephanie in their own stuff was ok but the stuff with them together is just awful.

I never understood why Stephanie was chosen as the GM for Smackdown in the first place, other than Stephanie wanting back on TV after the Alliance angle ended. It made no sense from a kayfabe perspective why she was allowed back in the company so soon, but whatever.

Stephanie's absurd clown boobs never seemed like they could support their own weight. It made her look twenty years older than she actually was, and then all I saw was Vince McMahon with enormous knockers.

I'm still wondering what was the point of the kiss they had on Halloween Smackdown.

Stephanie was pretty over at that point as a face GM, and Bischoff was still pretty new on WWE tv so it was always interesting to see him interacting in WWE storylines. The rivalry between the two shows was at its best during this period.
The kiss was just one of those WWE things. And yeah, 2001-2003 Steph was pretty much the hottest woman to ever appear on WWE programming.
