Really? How would 9 yards make Peterson any more valuable? Because Peyton came back from a career ending injury, joined a new team, had his 2nd or 3rd best season and led them to a 1 seed and a bye. Only thing AD had going for him over Peyton was the record and he didn't get it. Exactly. The only reason AP is even in the discussion is because of the record and he was 9 yards short.

He would have a higher seed and would have a bye. All the things Peyton Manning does have. To be fair, Manning has a more competent team. Peterson, after Harvin went down, is all the Vikings have. Really? Before Peyton we were the Vikings.

That or I've seen a offense that was Jets level if not for Peterson.

I can see him having a great game and having our defense blow it away like last week and he'll still get blamed. It's not fair and this is coming from one of his biggest critics.

You mean like ours before Peyton came to the rescue? Seriously, without Manning were a below 8-8 team with either Tim Hassleback or Tannehill as the QB.

I am disappointed about how awful the Packers were in the first half but I'm kinda glad we don't have a week off. It worked in 2010 and we have one home game, put up or shut up next week I suppose. Also, I love tonight's game. Win and in, lose and out...fantastic.

It's not fair and this is coming from one of his biggest critics. Oh this year I agree that he's been getting crapped on unfairly the past few weeks and the D is to blame. I was just saying that his track record in these types of games doesn't inspire a lot of confidence.
