Imagine if Chicago lost and the Giants were still alive in a game like this

Green Bay's defense just gave the Vikes a free first down on a completely pointless hit. Way to go.

Why not try running him up the edge since it's obvious that's been working better than running AP up the middle?

Running int guys and incomplete passes. Team still doesn't look in sync. I think they'd lose to any of the playoff teams right now. A lot can change in a couple of weeks and I know they can play a lot better. Defense has looked as good as it has in years with the exception of the first half against SF. As I say it. TD pats... 3rd highest scoring team NFL history A healthy Alfonzo Dennard and Aqib Talib completely changes the makeup of the secondary. It moves Devin McCourty to safety, where he belongs, it allows for them to pick their spots between Steve Gregory and Patrick Chung and it puts Kyle Arrington on the bench. Everything gets better. As for the offense, they have played lackadaisical, uninspired football for 10 of the last 12 quarters of football, but they're going to have a first-round bye and they'll have a nearly 100 percent healthy Rob Gronkowski back in the offense for the first time in over a month. They'll be fine. The only matchup that bothers me is at Denver, because the Patriots have a nasty history (especially in the postseason) of struggling in the Mile High city. The Broncos defense can't handle Brady but I'm concerned that the Patriots defense won't be able to handle Peyton Manning and if it comes down to it, tie goes to the home team. Yeah, I also am iffy on Peyton in the playoffs, especially since it'll be five degrees in the AFC championship game. . But yeah. New England in Denver is scary too. I'd much prefer Manning going one and out again
