It's still 2012 for me, so to ring in the new year I thought it'd be interesting to list all the things that happened in 2012 that you still don't understand. Big things for me was Chris Jericho's pin attempt during the Royal Rumble and Cena winning at Extreme Rules.

I still think Cena winning made sense.

I'm still confused as to what happened between Raw and the live SmackDown that made AJ and Dolph a couple

Zack Ryder falling down the card so fast that it looked like active sabotage on the part of WWE.

18 seconds.
I mean it worked out amazing for Bryan because he's more over than the guy that won. I'm just wondering who was the genius that thought the whole thing would get Sheamus over like rover.

How did Mae Young's first son grow up so quickly? Well her second son came out with facial hair, so they must have been incubating in there for a long time.

I think AJ hit her head when Big Show ran over her. Instead of treating her concussion, they gave her a neck brace. She hasn't been the same since.

Why Vickie continued to harass and provoke AJ even after she got her removed as GM and basically got the GM spot for herself. I mean, wasn't that revenge enough for one attack by AJ several months ago?

The way the WWE Title was booked pre-CM Punk heel turn. They basically turned the marquee championship in the company into a midcard title.

It's hard for me to question a lot of the things WWE did this year as I feel like 2012 has almost been something of a landmark year for the company. I just wonder why the World Heavyweight Championship still exists..everything else I'm pretty much cool with. The thing with Ryder is he complains so much to us in general, imagine how the dude is backstage. He hasn't earned his spot yet and is only digging himself deeper. Lesnar so far has been booked fine for what they're allowed and losing to Cena didn't hurt him at all, obviously. I hope he gets to let someone else who deserves a push beat him on the way out at least, but we'll see. And CM Punk's reign is what it is..he's not a guy that's going to ever be the focal point because he just isn't on the level of people like Cena/Rock/'Taker/Triple H/Lesnar..it's just the way it is.

Why they don't just scrap the Divas title. It's one Eve vs. Kaitlyn pudding match away from 1999 standards of awful.
How going from gassy Nattie to crushing on Great Khali is considered "better".
Why do Rosa Mendes & Kaitlyn still have jobs?
Not exactly a high-water mark for the ladies of the WWE these days.
