It sucks because she is a good wrestler, her match with Beth at EC was one of the best Diva matches of the year

I guess I can't forget what I never remembered. Not many people remember it since it happened on NXT Redemption. D-Young had a crush on Tamina and Titus said he would help him get her, but instead Titus lied and told Tamina that the presents that Darren was sending were actually from him (Titus.) I don't think it went anywhere after that as they started wrestling on Smackdown as a tag team a few weeks later. although, don't quote me on that, as my NXT Redemption memory is a little foggy. Darren was pissed at Titus until Titus showed him their new SmackDown contracts. His reaction was "Tamina who?"

It's kind of proof that the AJ turn was done on the spur of the moment. Probably...5 minutes before TLC went on the air. Now there's no mention of it again. They could have at least continued it with a reversal of roles for a few more weeks or something.
Instead of pretending their beginning feud never ever took place.

Nah, I think that AJ turn was a bit foreshadowed for at least a few weeks.
In fact, them blowing through the AJ/Tamina and AJ/Vickie matches so quickly was just there way of getting that out the way before the turn.
Makes sense when you think about it.

This was the series that made me love the PTP. They (especially Titus, who in his prior face run bored me to tears) were chariismatic and hilarious. Titus especially is so good at physical comedy. Just looks or slight movements would made me snicker (the gif is out there but when he's peeking around a corner and sort of jumps back a second). The PTP/Tamina segments are worth a youtube search for anyone who missed them.

Theory: The writers don't care for her at all, don't really see much in her, and can't be bothered to think of much for her to do. But she's the Rock's cousin and training partner, and WWE wants to make Rocky happy, so Vince/management every so often half-heartedly tells creative "uhh, hey, if you guys wouldn't mind, make sure you put Tamina in something important or something." And then the writers sigh and get to work on their 5th rewrite of the day, this time inserting Tamina into an existing divas or tag team or general undercard storyline that makes her look important until Vince gets off their asses and they're allowed to just drop it with no one noticing.
Which sucks, because Tamina's actually really good.

I think it all ended for her when showed up to wrestle wearing a couch cover from the 70s. That's how her pushes always seem to end.
