Sherri Martel-in the early 1980s, a young Sherri wrestled in Memphis, managed by Jim Cornette. There'd been other women in wrestling, but the lady wrestlers from the 60s-70s were generally very dated in appearance and not particularly attractive. (Think Fabulous Moolah, who I respect deeply, but realistically her peak was in the early 60's and she NEVER changed her style or look)
Sherri was the first I saw who really seemed like a girl you'd want to go on a date with. On top of it, her ability was obvious even then. She was very green, but displayed a charisma that was rare, as well as athletic ability.
So, RIP Sherri Martel, my first wrestling "crush" You are missed.

I grew up on Sunny. Still think Sunny from 96-98 was the hottest women ever. Now I would say Mickie James, and Melina Perez.

Without reading any of this thread, I'm going to predict that the number one answer from my age demographic (25-34) will be Miss Elizabeth, as it is for me. To a 5 year old, she was the most beautiful woman in the world, and her and Macho Man were a king and queen as far as I was concerned (apologies to Sherri, of course).
