Good show. Its amazing to think how far the show came and how he came with it. And as much as people may dislike him or hate how he comes off on Twitter, he will always have my sympathy purely for the disgraceful 3 months in which the WWE crushed him to a pulp.
And I will say this, my defining memory of TLC 2011, in what was a truly great card all round, is Zack Ryder's dads reaction to him winning the belt, along with the arena going NUTS.

"I got John Morrison frosting all over my face" is my favorite line from the show. Morrison's death was probably my favorite moment.
I have to admit I'm impressed that Zack started with just a flip cam standing in front of a shelf of action figures to at his peak having Best Actor Oscar nominated Hugh Jackman on his show. While I admit the show hasn't been been what it was when he was really invested in it, still to make it to 100 episodes of any edited show, is a real accomplishment.

I hope Ryder isn't going away from the WWE, but supposing he did...he'd be the indie wrestler with the most twitter followers by far, I think. I imagine that would be huge for him.

I hope Ryder isn't going away from the WWE, but supposing he did...he'd be the indie wrestler with the most twitter followers by far, I think. I imagine that would be huge for him. If Ryder did ask for a release, I really do wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors, although I still kind of resent WWE for not using him to his full potential. But there are quite a few positives to a possible Ryder release - Being the "indie wrestler with the most Twitter followers" would be huge, not just for Ryder, but for the wrestling industry as a whole. He could easily be a headliner for any indy fed. - Ryder asking for a voluntary release would delay or minimize any speculated "mass release". - Ryder leaving would open up a possible opportunity for some other face in the WWE to move up into the regular rotation (ideally someone like Bateman, Riley, or a face Dirty Curty, etc.), even if it's just into the "Little Jobber that Could" role. - If he decides to continue with a new YouTube show, whether under his real name or a new stage name, he could legit become a YouTube partner without WWE's trademarked "Zack Ryder" persona or the use of WWE footage holding him back.

I was just thinking about all the people that tried to copy ZTLIS once it became a hit.
-Curt Hawkins tried to do a show, but he ended up just seeming depressed. I think it lasted 2 episodes.
-The notorious Midcard Mafia lasted about 3 or 4 episodes. It was so bad that this board, which probably had more Reks and Hawkins fans than anywhere, hated it, and ruining any push they might have gotten.
-Tommy Dreamer had a show where he directly copied everything Zack did, both as a tribute and a joke. It lasted a little while (cursory search tells me 13 episodes.) It was kinda funny, but somewhat dull from what I remember, still the best of the copycats.
-Maybe the worst of the bunch was Chiapetta's show, which I admit I watched the first 6 or 7 episodes or so of, but I admit it was bad, in fact I vaguely remember a 5 or 6 page thread on here discussing how bad it was.
I'm pretty sure there have been some others, but that list shows how hard it is to do those things and be entertaining for just a couple of episodes, not to mention 100. So good job Zack.

^I actually found Chiappetta's show kind of entertaining.
I'm assuming that Chi's show was Zack's idea. Zack probably thought his career would take off higher than it did, and he wouldn't be able to do Z!TLIS anymore, so he was going to have his buddy carry the show while Zack "moved to bigger and better things".

......perhaps ZLIS ending is the best for Zack. Now he can focus full-time on the wrestling/on-air work. Making and acting and writing and editing a weekly webshow must take its toll on someone who's a full time wrestler too. A good run, though. I'll miss it. I mean, he brought Mr. Belding back to relevance for a while. You can't hate a man who does that.

Oh and apparently Ryder didn't ask for his release because NEWZ was just reporting that backstage thought that Clay/Ryder in a house show was the most hilarious thing since ever and is going to have them as a permanent tag team. Don't think they were gonna do that if...yeah. Though I do think that going to TNA for a year or two could be healthy for his career, as a Ryder fan, I'm just glad he's still on the show I love. {Spoiler}Though I'd mark out if he was the one who came out during an open bro night

Is Hawkins still injured? Because damn, now could be a good time for the two of them to get back together.

Sad ending to a pretty damn good show. All I have to say is good for you Zack Ryder. You made an effort to make yourself famous, and you did just that. Woo Woo Woo ...You know it.

So is Zack leaving WWE? I mean, he didn't hide that this was the last episode but it certainly seems like he's done.

If WWE brought Morrison back, I'd love to see a stable with Zach, Hawkins, Primo, Big O, Belding, Zach's Dad, and Chiapetta. I'd rather they have done that around WM 28, maybe feud with Johnny Ace's guys, but that would still be cool now.

It's kind of depressing to think that twice in the show's run Dolph and Ryder were on equal footing with each other. At the start, two under used guys stuck in the mid-card, then Dolph rose above it, and Ryder followed, matching him in card position for a while.
Now Ziggler looks to be becoming a made man and Ryder's...well...in a tag team with Brodus.
Sigh.

When did Curt Hawkins cut his hair? & Wow, didn't think I would, but I really miss John Morrison.
