Do you mean, when will a few people express their opinions that they aren't big fans of Ziggler, and then some poster interprets that to mean that the entire IWC now hates him? I'd give it a week, tops. True. Let's get the jump on this. Anyone currently hate Ziggler? Make your voice heard now!

I don't hate Ziggler, but I've never been a huge fan. I think he's a tremendous athlete but a so-so professional wrestler. I feel like in the ring most of the time he's just going through motions and on the microphone he's just trying to recite lines. I don't think he should ever be given long-winded promos like they've been doing lately. I think he's definitely got his strengths and is an asset to WWE, but I also don't scratch my head in wonder about why they've seemingly had cold feet as far as putting him in the main event, what with 'testing the waters' for over two years now. I think his sheer physical abilities keep him a prospect, he has less to do to develop into a complete performer than someone like The Miz.

The face turn. As soon as WWE says "OK. Feel free to cheer Dolph now.", people will rebel against that for some reason. This is the correct answer. Feel free to rebel and turn on it.

After winning a world title and successfully defending it once on PPV.

I can only speak for myself, but I expect Ziggler will always have that Shawn Michaels type immunity with me, where he's so dynamic and entertaining to watch when he steps in the ring that even if his character gets stale, I could never really turn on him.

The face turn. As soon as WWE says "OK. Feel free to cheer Dolph now.", people will rebel against that for some reason. That's usually because WWE takes away anything that was interesting about a wrestler's character when they become a babyface. They either end up as emotionless, boring stiffs (Orton) or annoyingly happy jokester types like John Cena and Sheamus.

Like have him make those snarky one liners that he was doing on NXT. He does talk fast, but I think of him as a calm, cool, collected, and coherent version of The Rock who would call you a loser and a failure as a human being, rather than string random words together and insinuate that you're some kind of sexual deviant.

People turn on certain acts, because the WWE, once they decide to push them, often square peg them into inorganic roles. They have them spew their own shitty contrived hive-mind dialogue, and generally take away any of the initial appeal that got said wrestler over in the first place. IT'S THE COMPANY THAT RUINS THESE GUYS. There's always going to be some weird contrarians out there, sure, but by and large it's not some internet conspiracy to hate something once it gets popular. Its hating that something that got popular in the first place is now transformed into something the company envisions as better. Its the corporate retooling and altering of organic acts that spoils the appeal.

Maybe cold wasn't the best way to describe it.... fake or playing wrestler? Like, I feel I see Dolph Ziggler and it's like "Hey! I'm pretending to have a wrestling match. Now I'm pretending to be angry! Now I'm pretending to be smiling! I'm pretending, I'm a heel! Hashtag heel! They call bad guys heels in wrestling, lol". I don't think he's even bad I'm just not into him. I like to be able to lose myself within a wrestling match and I've never been able to do that with Ziggler. I guess it's like Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. I felt nothing for that movie, a lot of people liked it.

I remember for the longest time people would say that Zack Ryder "tries too hard", but would do nothing but praise Dolph Ziggler and everything he did. Completely blind.

When he picks up a Victorian Gentleman gimmick: "I say, good sir," Dolph takes off his bowler hat, "I dolph my hat to you." How is turning into Jervis Cottenbelly a bad thing?

When he breaks the glass ceiling and is seen as the status quo. Bingo. Once he's no longer the underdog, he's done.
