Shanahan on ESPNews now:
Thought about taking Griffin out, Griffin wanted to stay in, and that was enough for him.

Well, I didn't expect the Skins to make a run like they did this season so for that I salute them. Hopefully now RGIII can get healthy and they can build on this for next season.
I have no idea why they got away from pounding Morris at the Seattle defense though, especially on that 3 and out down by their own goal line, who calls 3 pass plays with a gimpy QB in that situation.

Cool I like Seattle. I hope Green Bay can beat the 49ers. If Green Bay wins next week and New England wins then I will be a happy man. I want Green Bay Vs New England. A Superbowl rematch from 1997 will be the best.

I got Atlanta too. I just think their time has to come sometime, and they have grown and matured as a team these past few years. Besides, they can't be one-and-out 4 times in a row, right?

Shanahan on ESPNews now: Thought about taking Griffin out, Griffin wanted to stay in, and that was enough for him. Doesn't matter. The guy was clearly laboring out there. You pull him.

Also, seeing that Sherman/Williams stuff reminded me of why I could never play team sports. I would have killed Sherman had he done that to me.

No star players says YUP IM HURT. You have the opinion of Dr. James Andrews right there. HE IS SORT OF THE DOCTOR FOR THIS.

I wonder if he did ask Dr. Andrews what he thought.
If he did ask him and Dr. Andrews told him it's probably not best for him to go back out there....oh boy.

Shanahan is a tool. You don't put your franchise QB at risk like that and possibly damage your chances next season. Show some balls and pull him. You're the coach for Christ sake. That's your job! Kirk Cousins has proven to be a capable backup and Rex Grossman has been to the Super Bowl so he has playoff experience. Anything is better than keeping RG3 in til his knee goes out and basically gives the ball and game away.

Pretty much, the way that the Skins have handled RGIII has been odd at times. They'll be lucky if he doesn't have major damage to his knee from the way that it buckled. But yeah, you have world renowned doctor James Andrews on the sidelines, you should have him evaluate him and make the call.

Profootballtalk reports the Seahawks fear the knee injury sustained by DE Chris Clemons is a torn ACL.

4-0 for me. This never happens. Usually I'm sitting at 1-3 right now.
