birdemic was my first thought at the title. there's no contest imo. I dunno "The Amazing Bulk" might even give Birdemic a run for it's money I mean just look at this...

Birdemic. I'd like to say The Amazing Bulk but I haven't seen the full movie yet. For a guy who does post production (both editing and animation) those movies no matter how low budget had no excuse making such horrendous works. Just...egh!!!

I'm certain this is a running thing for all modern Steven Seagal flicks but I have on DVD the movie "Kill Switch", where there's a pretty obvious stunt double for fight scenes that really aren't all that physically taxing anyways.
The camera is always facing Seagal's back when he's throwing punches and his head becomes about half its size, then to assure us that it's Steven Seagal fighting the guy, Steven and his opponent create some distance, he gives a little "bring it on" taunt, and they get back to it. It really is just throwing punches, too. Hollywood Seagal can't throw his own punches. That movie was 5 years ago so I can only imagine it's worse now.

Seagal also has pretty terrible line dubbing at times too. Because he couldn't be bothered to show up

Except The Amazing Bulk was supposed to look like that. It's not really bad post-production if it was intentional, is it? Seagal also has pretty terrible line dubbing at times too. Because he couldn't be bothered to show up And then there's the hilarious attempts to make him look thinner than he is, resulting in his face being covered in shadows that have no reason to be for most of his scenes. And when the shadows do have a reason to be, it's because the scene so dark you can't see anything to begin with.
