I remember reading reports that he was due back at the end of December or somewhere near there. But you never know with these dirtsheets and such. I know they just brought up Big E who is sort of like Mark Henry Jr, but they could use Mark as the equalizer to go up against Langston. Think of the matches these guys could have. Ted Arcidi vs. Tony Atlas levels of epicness. Okay, I'm sure they would be that bad, but they could be good for like a 5-7 minute huge dude vs. huge dude type of match where they do the standard stuff. Test of strength, running off the ropes, clubbing each other with their meaty limbs, and bodyslam challenges. I'd like to see this. And I know Mark doesn't have much time left as far as how much more he can go in the ring, but I figure one last short run while he's in a little better shape could be okay. Come back soon, Mark.

IIRC, someone recently posted a picture of him taken at the most recent set Titantron video tapings. He's looking well and in a lot better shape than he was so hopefully he's back soon.

My guess - Rumble surprise and clears the ring.

My guess - Rumble surprise and clears the ring. That wouldn't be bad, though as much as I loved him doing the Hall of Pain, I'm not sure how well a babyface return immediately turning heel would go over, since I'm not sure that the WWE would let him keep doing his trash-talking thing as a face.

My guess - Rumble surprise and clears the ring. This. Along with Christian (who won't clear the ring, but regardless).

I seriously hope they don't have him back as a face. They already f***ed up with R-Truth,I don't want watch another awesome heel turn into a face. I know that they'll still probably keep going with Hall of Pain, but I just don't think it would be the same.

He talked on Twitter around Christmas that his shoulder was finally feeling good and he was getting read to "test it out". I'd think a Rumble return is possible but stretching it, post-Mania seems a good bet.

I would mark out for a Rumble appearance.
I think that's more likely.

With Miz and Del Rio there are also too many upper level heels turning face, and there's no one on the face side that can feasibly turn heel to make up for it.

And Henry vs. a heel Punk would be AWESOME!

Orton and Kingston both need heel turns at this point.

This might sound dumb because I've had absolutely nothing to do with Mark's last performance as a hell that seemed to get a lot of people noticing him again, but as a career-long fan of his, I have this feeling of happiness/pride/joy that others miss him and want to see him return.

There's no way that he doesn't get a face reaction if a Rumble appearance is in the cards.

Their set of matches on Raw post-Mania last year were awesome, a lot better than I thought they'd be.

I don't even care if Mark wrestles, I just want him back and screaming absurd threats at people.

I want more wig splitting and more Heel Mizark! Seriously, he's really found his A-game with his hall of pain schtick.

There's no way that he doesn't get a face reaction if a Rumble appearance is in the cards. Given that his reactions to The Shield at Survivor Series were of apprehension at their actions and wanting a piece of them, Mizark is gonna probably a good guy whe he returns.

I think both Mark Henry and Christian are returning soon, one could be tonight on Raw and the other could be the rumble. Mark seems likely for tonight since they could have him get involved with Rock and start some kind of mini-angle between the two.

I would bring him back as a heel at the Rumble, have Santino or another beloved face be making their way out and while at the entrance have Henry just tackle them down and throw them into the tron somewhere. Henry then proceeds to steal their Rumble spot and mow down the next one or two entrants until Ryback hits the ring and the two big men throw down. I would then have both of them eliminate each other after they annihilate some more entrants (although maybe not eliminating them) before brawling around ringside. Security floods out and splits them up, setting up a ready made feud heading into the Chamber.
