Pretty funny way to get Dolph/Cena again, but Big E's promo skills weren't bad at all. I felt like he did a decent job of trying to be a "take charge" kind of guy. Like he's tired of AJ and Dolph half-assing it or something.
Cena's promo was another laughably bad one.

His performance was a bit odd. It wasn't bad, but didn't really seem to fit.
Cena wasn't as cringe-worthy as usual, but damnit stop interrupting people!!

His performance was a bit odd. It wasn't bad, but didn't really seem to fit. Yeah, it was like he just became a different guy in the span of a few minutes.

He seemed so pleasantly surprised he got the mic.

Someone backstage seems to have told him to show more emotion

He was fine the way he was,I really think they could've held on with making him talk for some more while.

I just watched the promo and I don't think I've ever laughed harder at the delivery of a line than I did when Big E said "OH I'VE GOT THE MIC NOW YO CENA"
For his sake, I hope he goes back to being the stoic bodyguard, but for the sake of my funny bone, I hope he never stops talking.

I was kinda impressed tbh, expected him to really botch it up as a fresh NXT-grad but he's presenting himself as an interesting 'tweener-type that rivals A.J. in spontaneity. I still miss the crazy-eyes and the "5!" chants, but I guess Booker T would scream gimmick-infringement over on Smackdown...

OH I GOT THE MIC NOW. What an odd thing to say. I'm laughing thinking about it.
