Here's all the little tricks I can think of for Universe.

Fueds/Cutscenes:

The method alot of us found to work is to go to Edit Superstar and remove everyones Rivals and Allies (except team mates). This starts a fresh slate. It takes a few weeks to start going, so you may even think about going ahead a month or two and simming through them, to let the game run itself and get it going.

If you go to "Match Creator" in the matchup screen, where you can change the rules, you'll get a prompt warning you if there's a cut-scene scheduled for this match, and changing the rules will cancel it. You can check this to see if you'll have something happening during that match, so you don't have to play every match, just because you don't want to miss a scene. Also, while you can't change the rules and keep a scene, you can change the participants. So if you have Jinder vs. Epico with a cut-scene, but you have no interest in Junder and Epico, you can change them to two people you do want to interact, say Cesaro and CM Punk. Then it'll be a match with them involved in a cut scene. I'm pretty sure this works most of the time.

As for breaking up tag teams, a team can get a break up cut scene if one if a face and the other a heel. So you can change their alignment to prompt that.

Women's Shows

If you're interested in an all female show during the week, you can't have a show with no Major title, and a women's title can't go in that slot. So put a title you aren't using on a guy you aren't' using and have him be the only male on that roster. With no other males, the cpu won't book him in any matches, and the show will be all females.

A female Tag Title can, however go in the Tag Title Slot.

Misc Fun Ideas:

For fun, I set the draft between only one WWE show (Raw or Smackdown, but not both) and any other Federations I have (AAA, WCW, TNA), that way, every year you get fun, surprise company jumpers every year. To avoid characters getting drafted right back (Cena always gets drafted to a show, and then immediately drafted back), put anyone who gets drafted into an unused roster until the draft is finished. Warm up Christian's Time Machine and have have people draft back and forth from Current WWE and an Attitude show. It was a great time when Ministry Taker suddenly showed up on current WWE, formed a modern Ministry and feuded with Current Taker.

Mike Tyson was WAAAY more fun than I expected.

And nothing's better than an Infinite Finisher Cesaro (I moved the Swiss Death to Finishers), putting him in a 4 Man match and just uppercutting people's heads off right and left.

I know what I'll be doing this evening. I'm loving having The Nation (Rock, D'Lo, Mark Henry, Godfather, and Ahmed), DX (Triple H, the Outlaws, X-Pac, and Chyna), the Corporation (Wight, Shamrock, Bossman, HBK, and Mr. McMahon) and the Hart Foundation (Bret, Owen, Davey, Anvil, and Pillman) at war with each other on the Attitude brands. I'm gonna add a Ministry of Darkness tonight so that the Undertaker will stop teaming with Jeff Jarrett and Scotty 2 Hotty (hopefully), only question is, who would you guys suggest I put in the stable? I'm really not entirely sure.

They were, spring of 99, that's why they hung Bossman from the Cell. Not a bad idea, I'm trying to keep the APA as a solo unit.

Sandow's entrance fits suspiciously well with the Usos' theme.

If I had to choose from the current '13 roster, I'd say that Kharma would fit nicely, and with a change of entrance music, Yoshi Tatsu could easily fit in, in his Darkside costume. Cody could work too, given that he's played sinister characters...

Although to be honest, given the makeup of the actual Ministry, anyone could work with a change of attire and entrance, which WWE '13 makes quite easy. Phineas I. Godwinn, King Mabel, Justin 'Hawk' Bradshaw and Faarooq wouldn't be the first names on my list if I wanted to make a satanic stable.
