I mean, you could only fight against injustice and beating random people up for so long... We get it, guys. You're not working for "anyone".
I guess it will all be worth it in the end when Vince is revealed to be the higher power.

At this point it seems Ace's and Eights has more motivation. Damn that was hard to type.

they need to start having actual matches, and something new needs to happen to move the angle along. give them a particular wrestler to feud with (e.g. Orton, who they can bitch about being the company's golden boy from the moment he showed up).

It's not just you, I'm getting tired of their run-ins. IMO they should have been wrestling matches by now. In storyline terms, it makes no sense that an authority figure, most likely Vince himself, hasn't intervened by now and forced them into competition. Actually, Dusty Rhodes did that on the last episode of NXT, but I'm not even sure if what happens on NXT is canon.

I honestly think that they should go after The Rock. 'Coming back, taking title shots from those who deserve it. Showing up whenever he wants taking the spotlight from the young blood just to swan off again.'
In my opinion, it's the perfect thing for them. It's actually a valid reason to do so, because they're actually trying to do a good thing. Just they're doing it in a heel way. Add in the fact that Reigns has family ties, Rock could have held Reigns down.
They feud with Rock for a while, whilst Rock is also feuding with WM opponent. Sometime in March, they're attacking The Rock when suddenly...
*GONG*
Shield move on to Taker for Mania. With the stipulation that only one of The Shield can face Taker in some sort of enclosed match. In my opinion, Taker v Ambrose would be awesome, whilst Reigns and Rollins do something with Team Hell No (Taker link) perhaps?

I really enjoyed The Shield at TLC, but I want to see them in more matches. Clean wins over guys even as singles competitors to establish dominance. I'd like to see them also target anyone who has created "injustice" heel or face.
Maybe it's just because I want to see Roman Reigns destroy Zack Ryder 1vs1 for being a whiney ***** on twitter.

Yeah, they really need to progress. We get their motivation, that's fine, it's been well established, but they really should be winning singles matches now, even if it leads to beat downs from the other Shield members after the match. Something else needs to happen.

The angle would be Undertaker's ability to trust both men with his streak, and their anxiety over not being the one's to end it.

I haven't been watching RAW recently until Monday but they still feel fresh to me (maybe my lack of watching is the reason why) but I wouldn't mind them starting to figure into real feuds now rather than just doing random attacks.
On a semi-related sidenote I still want to see face Orton (complete with voices in his head) take on heel Ambrose in a psycho vs. psycho match at Wrestlemania XXX.

Their promo on NXT was pretty good and Ambrose in particular gave the impression that they really believed in fighting injustice rather than just being a higher power's lackeys, they should air something similar on RAW.

The taped RAW's seemed to halt their momentum after TLC, they are just spinning their wheels at the moment. Still, I can't say I'm tired of them or anything but I would like to see the next progressive step in their story.

They haven't even had a TV match yet. Yes the have, Ryback vs. the Shield handicap match last week. But I will agree they need to be put into more matches as they only have 2.. and one ended in a no contest.

they definitely need to begin evolving their story, rather than having them continue to do what they've been doing since Survivor Series. after that TLC match, it should have skyrocketed. i really don't want it to falter as it really has the potential to be something special, given the talent involved.

I think the reason that they are stagnant is due to WWE's lackadaisical booking of the roster as a whole. They burst onto the scene attacking various uppercard guys, but they are nowhere near ready to face main event level stars in a non-gimmick match scenario; doing so would put them in a situation where they'd have to either lose cleanly and look weak, or win by a fluke which also makes them look weak. Once they're done with Ryback, there isn't anywhere for them to go except down to the midcard, or repeating the process with another guy like Cena, etc.

They could just say that they fight injustice, and that they like the status quo that Punk's reign sets, etc. And they're not working with him, but their goals are semi-aligned. But should Punk slip and become what he hates, what THEY hate, he'll become fodder etc etc.
