Kane/Lita, for multiple reasons. This is one of them. yes it was. only thing is why would she do that. not complaining but it made no sense

Does the Taker/Steph Black Wedding count?
If so, I pick that, if only for Undertaker beating the Big Show with a bat and "It's Show Time!"

Teddy Long's was brilliant, you had to watch it at least twice just to pick up all the little moments.

Has anyone besides Savage and Elizabeth actually successfully gotten married? HHH and Steph doesn't count since it was supposed to be Test. Edge and Vickie, which incidentally is my favourite for the sheer over-the-top heelishness.

Billy & Chuck all the way.
Although I've not seen Goldust and Aksana, maybe I'll try to check it out

Savage and Liz. If only for Heenan on commentary. This, plus my favorite exchange from Summerslam 1991: Gorilla: Time for the Match Made in Hell Bobby: Oh, the wedding is next?

Easily Dawn Marie/Al Wilson. I had tears coming out of my eyes because I was laughing so much. The SmackDown announcing team made it even better.

Whats that crazy one from back in the 80's? Very crazy afterparty with George the Animal and Captain Lou. It was on TNT I think. Vince and Alfred Hayes are there but Dr. David cracks me up.

Savage/Liz and Steph/Test were great.
As much as it sucked, it was nice to be there live at Raw 1000 just to mark out for Slick (even if I was the only person in my section who seemed to know who he was).

Stephanie/Test
By far. Triple H catapulted into one of the most heinous heels the WWE had ever seen when that happened. I couldn't believe it, I was shocked but at the same time I thought it was hilarious. That was the first time that I can vividly remember me admiring a heel's genius tactics.

Teddy Long's was brilliant, you had to watch it at least twice just to pick up all the little moments. The best bit is Kristal falling down trying to get into the ring lol

It's one thing that, weirdly, WWF/E has tended to consistently do very well.
Even AJ-Bryan had its moments, thanks to Slick.

Edge-Lita with Snitsky will forever be the funniest wedding of all time. Kane busting through the ring...The matt hardy tease was the frosting on that cake.
It also included these two immortal lines:
IT'S NOT MY FAULT YOU HAD A DEAD BABY IN YOUR UTERUS
... in the name of the Father, the Son and JESUS CHRIST!

I'd have to go with Uncle Elmer's wedding. Jesse Ventura is absolute gold, and Lanny Poffo adds a poem while looking like he's naked:
On this auspicious occasion, A loving commitment for life, Joyce Slazko & Uncle Elmer Are united as man & wife. Unselfishly, they share their love, With every single wrestling fan Who supported Uncle Elmer, A wonderful, big-hearted man. And we thank them for this moment, So the multitudes may see The joy of the Holy Spirit Through the family of NBC
Billy & Chuck was good just for the Bischoff reveal. It was just so...wrestling.
