Am I the only one who does't see a Pats blowout? I see them winning but like 24-17 not 42-21 or something

I like how most commentators are talking about how much moxy Atlanta showed in that last drive, when Seattle pretty much smoked them the last 15 minutes and only lost because of mistakes in the first half. They'll still be talking about this in 20 years. Can someone who's less...bitter than I am explain why on Earth ESPN loves Matt Ryan so much, yet they totally ignore guys like Eli Manning, Joe Flacco and Matt Schaub?

Man, this site really hates the Falcons. If they win the SB, I can see it now: MIKE SMITH ISN'T EVEN HOLDING UP THE LOMBARDI THE RIGHT WAY They're the worst 1 seed in a long time, definitely worse than the Pack last year. But now I'm rooting for them to WTF-out a win against the 'Niners, because that's the easiest possible matchup for the Pats. Edit: khali, they ignore Eli Manning? It wasn't that long ago that he was Captain Comeback, the 3rd best QB in the league and could absolutely do no wrong. And that only stopped once everyone was certain that the Giants weren't a playoff team this year.

Going by my Yahoo picks, I'm 2-1 (had Denver).

It's just this hunger for something, anything to happen that will make all the sports pundits on this planet stop lavishing praises on Matt Ryan, a passer who plays against some of the worst defenses in the entire NFL.

I've been 6-1 so far in the playoffs, losing the ATL game.

There's nothing special or remarkable about them at all. The Seahawks at least have a story and have some character to them - the Falcons are just....bleh. That's honestly the best way I can describe the Falcons and "Matty Ice" Bleh.

Yes, they're a bullshit team in general. Massively overrated due to playing a ridiculous easy schedule and barely winning games against bad teams.

Matt Ryan isn't even in the top 5/10 of most gushed about QB's. If anything, I think people are hesitant to give him praise.

Does CBS have any good announce teams? Simms and Nantz are lame.

This hurts: with :31 Atlanta drove down to win the game and Seattle put themselves in position for an easy Hail Mary. With :31 left John Fox took a knee sending it to OT.

I wanted to beat Seattle next week at The Stick... I'm not worried at all about Atlanta and see us curbstomping them next week!

Yes, because they're a bulls*** playoff team in general. Barely beat Washington w/out a concussed RG3 in Landover, Carolina, Oakland, Dallas, and Arizona at home, and Tampa Bay in Tampa. 7-9 team masquerading as a 13-3 team.
